First-World Problems...Part Quarante
Well, that is a hypothetical, at least for me, because I do not dunk cookies. In anything! Okay, I will sometimes dunk biscotti in a cup of coffee, but even that is hugely problematic because who wants crumbs in their coffee?
Besides, milk is sort of disgusting.
But with the explosion of consumer goods, courtesy of a market economy, we are faced with a seemingly infinite variety of sizes and shapes, so much so that it can be difficult to get the correct one of...whatever.
And why am I pondering this deep question? Well (pace Weasel) I am building an AR-10, and the staggering number of variations available is amazing. And not obvious. And pretty confusing. Unfortunately it was lost in a tragic canoe accident in May of this year, otherwise I would post lots of pictures!
A six-pack of hotdogs and an eight-pack of buns; pumpkin pie mixes that call for 2/3 of a can of evaporated milk; Soft drink "servings" that range from 12 ounces to 20 ounces...
What other things are mismatched? Not just food; how about the rest of our world?
