President Trump's 2016 campaign associate Carter Page claims in a new lawsuit that an FBI agent used a fake name during interviews -- another potential breach of protocol in the FBI's Russia investigation.
..
Page says FBI agent Stephen Somma introduced himself as Steve Holt during five interviews.
Former FBI agent James Gagliano, who worked 25 years at the bureau, including in supervisory roles, told The Daily Caller that he had "never heard of an FBI agent going undercover as a different FBI agent" and "I'd never have authorized it."
The FBI did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
"Steve Holt!" was a character name and catchphrase on Arrested Development.
Was this Steven Somma's idea of an... inside joke? Conducting an interview in a criminal investigation in the guise of a side-character on Arrested Development?
What the fuck is going on with this corrupt clownshow?
Below, Viva Frei's analysis of the lawsuit.
Not only does it seem like a slam-dunk on its face, but Viva Frei notes that the government will feel great pressure to settle, to avoid discovery.
If there's one thing the corrupt FBI and DOJ cannot permit, it's transparency.
I wonder if the government will then pay the judgement against Comey et al., and I also wonder what justification they would offer for using taxpayer money to pay the judgment of disgraced, corrupt former employees.
