Soros-Funded Revolutionary Prosecutor Kim Gardner's Office Tampered With Evidence to Charge The McCloskey's With Crimes

The law in Missouri requires that a weapon be actually able to fire for any felony brandishing charges to attach to it.

The pistol Mrs. McCloskey used to ward off criminal interlopers and insurrectionists was not operable. They had previously removed the firing pin, rendering it inoperative, so that they could use it as an exhibit or "prop" at a trial.

So when the Soros Enforcer's troops seized their guns, they found the pistol was inoperative and thus could not be the object of any charges.

No problem, Soros' Enforcer thought -- I'll just order the lab to restore the gun to a firable state, and then I'll charge them for brandishing a fireable gun.
