Catherine Herridge: Formerly Redacted Footnotes of Mueller Report Show that Agents Assessed the Steele Dossier as False and Likely Planted by Russian Intelligence
But James Comey and his gang of criminals used it as supposedly extreme-vetted-to-ensure-complete-veracity in seeking spy warrants on Trump.
Lawyer up, bitch.
And watch your backhole. Expect visitors!
#FISA Developing @CBSNews obtains April 2 letter responding to @SenRonJohnson and @ChuckGrassley over four key footnotes IG Horowitz FISA report. Three declassified with minimal redactions, and fourth footnote blacked out citing “unique and significant concerns. Specifically,

...In addition, in late December 2016, Department Attorney Bruce Ohr told SSA 1 that he had met with Glenn Simpson (Fusion GPS) and that Simpson had assessed that Person 1 was a RIS (Russian intel) officer who was central in connecting Trump to Russia.” @CBSNews#MyHighlighterpic.twitter.com/xJxv04zPSI

Further, Herridge reports that AG Barr told her that former IG Atkinson went around normal protocols in order to start yet another open ended (and illegal) investigation into Trump, while hiding it from Trump.
Gee, where have I heard this before?
He says Trump was right to fire Atkinson.
#Durham investigation: AG Barr to Fox on building a case “...he is diligently pursuing it. My own view is that the evidence shows that we're not dealing with just mistakes..if people broke the law and we can establish that with the evidence, they will be prosecuted” @ClareHymes22
anything in the government and immediately report it to congress without letting the executive branch look at it and determine whether there was any problem” Barr told Fox. “So I think the President was correct in firing him.” @ClareHymes22
We'll hear more on this. Atkinson changed the definition of "whistelblower" -- which required first-hand information -- to allow Ciaramella to report second-hand information.
And Ciaramella already could report second-hand information -- he was just required to report it to his chain of command in the executive for initial review.
But Atkinson and Ciaramella didn't want that. They conspired with Schiff's staff to do an end-run around the reporting procedures so that Atkinson could open up an investigation.
He changed the rule -- you can compare the old version to the new version Atkinson quickly changed it to -- so that a DOD executive official would not get to investigate, as the rule actually called for, but so that an Obama appointee Deep State/Intelligence Community shill could type it up and deliver it to Adam Schiff.
This was all reported long ago - -especially by Sean Davis and Margot Cleveland at The Federalist.
You know where it wasn't reported? On FoxNews-- a top news anchor wanted to report it but FoxNews' neoliberal News Department forbade her to mention it because it was, they said, "a conspiracy theory."
I mean, it was true. But it was contrary to the neoliberal/NeverTrumper narrative Bill Sammon and the FoxNews "Brain Room" were pushing.
So this true fact gets called a "conspiracy theory" and its mention on the air becomes a firable offense.
Oh, and then, maybe -- just maybe -- if Yahoo News mentions the story, National Review will feel comfortable giving it a quick mention too.
Do you all feel like you're getting good value for your money and patronage?

35 ace, do you know where Atkinson worked before becoming the IC IG?
He was a senior lawyer at the Obama DOJ National Security Division, the group that approves FISA applications.

104 >>I read that Atkinson was responsible for reviewing the FISA requests for compliance, while at DOJ under Mary McCord. Every one that was checked contained misleading and false information.
And what was the one group at the Obama DOJ that Sally Yates told Horowitz he could not review?
The National Security Division.

No, I did not know that.
⛔️BREAKING!⛔️
Even though we all expected it, John Solomon just confirmed, seconds ago on Sean Hannity's radio show, that multiple DC Grand Jury subpoenas have been issued on behalf of US Atty John Durham.
