Media Rushes In to Defend Old Sick Demented Man
Peter J. Hasson, a Daily Caller editor, says that he's battled a stutter all his life, and the media is straight-up lying when they claim that Biden's sundowning can be explained as him fighting the stutter.
Former Vice President Joe Biden’s media defenders have settled on their weapon for silencing questions about his mental misfires: his childhood stutter.
"Joe Biden's opponents on the left and right are spreading a disgusting and baseless smear that he is in 'cognitive decline,' based on verbal slip-ups he makes when trying to suppress his childhood stutter," Raw Story’s Matthew Chapman wrote in a viral Twitter thread. Others in media are advancing similar arguments.
...
But] stuttering has nothing to do with Biden telling people he was arrested in the streets of South Africa trying to see Nelson Mandela. (He wasn't.)
Stuttering has nothing to do with Biden pledging to appoint the first African-American woman to the United States Senate. (The Senate has already had black women, and presidents don't appoint senators anyway.)
Stuttering has nothing to do with Biden making bizarre references to record players, it has nothing to do with Biden forgetting in which state he’s campaigning, and it has nothing to do with him confusing people and events from decades apart. It simply doesn't.
What's really behind Biden's mental misfires is up for debate but the vast majority of the time, it ain’t a childhood stutter, and anybody saying otherwise is either dishonest or uninformed.
The Daily Caller also notes that Biden's campaign is now keeping Sundown Joe's speeches shorter than they had been.
Most likely to end them before he begins sundowning.
Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden's campaign speeches and interviews with media are reportedly getting shorter and harder to come by. Some of his opponents say it’s because he can’t be counted on to stay on message and avoid gaffes.
While his speeches earlier on in the campaign could last as long as an hour, his speeches over the weekend in the middle of the country lasted less than 15 minutes each, according to the Washington Post. In St. Louis, Missouri, he spoke for just seven minutes; in Kansas City, 12 minutes; and 14 minutes in Jackson, Mississippi.
...
"Joe Biden's staff are trying to hide Joe Biden," Andrew Clark, director of the Trump campaign’s rapid response team, told the Daily Caller. "They are absolutely terrified that voters will see more viral and unedited videos of Biden’s embarrassing inability to communicate while President Trump delivers his winning message straight to the American people."
And of course: the media rushes in to save a sick, weak old man.
I guess now that Bloomberg dropped out of the race, Bloomberg Media is back to covering Democrat candidates?
And yes, there is -- or was -- an AR-14, which was a very rare Vietnam-era weapon.
And from my research, I have found this, an image showing the manual for a very rare, civilian sporting rifle designed by Armalite: The AR-14. An early design by Armalite before the AR-15 platform was developed.
This weapon never existed in large quantities and no longer exists outside of gun collector's gun rooms.
Meanwhile, the hardhats are unpersuaded by Sundown Joe.
