Judge in Stone Case Will Move Forward With Sentencing

But you are required to do so. You permitted a dishonest politically-motivated partisan to serve as foreman on the jury.
By "delay execution," I imagine this means she'll sentence Stone but then delay actually sending him to jail until... when? Doesn't her determination to sentence him mean she's already prejudged the motion for a new trial?
