Judge in Stone Case Will Move Forward With Sentencing

What?

The foreman of the jury lied about her political interest in the case.

And this judge doesn't think that issue deserves some exploration?

BREAKING: Jackson says she will keep Roger Stone's Thursday's sentencing, but signals she will defer its execution. "I think that delaying the sentence would not be a prudent thing to do under all the circumstances unless I'm required to do so."

But you are required to do so. You permitted a dishonest politically-motivated partisan to serve as foreman on the jury.

By "delay execution," I imagine this means she'll sentence Stone but then delay actually sending him to jail until... when? Doesn't her determination to sentence him mean she's already prejudged the motion for a new trial?
