Exciting New Development: "Transition" to the Other Gender, and Judges Will Let You Out of Jail as a Reward

So illegal aliens already have blanket immunity from US law. Now transgenders will too.

The Iowa Attorney General's Office is no longer seeking the commitment of a former Midwest Christian Services student convicted of myriad sex crimes because the individual now identifies as a woman.

Court records show the state dismissed the application on Jan. 9. Attorney general spokesman Lynn Hicks wouldn't comment on the reason for the dismissal other than to say "an offender's hormone levels are an important part of substantiating an offender's likelihood of recidivism."

So men with normal testosterone level are to be jailed, but if you "transition" into a parody of a woman, then you're immune to legal punishment?

Isn't that the same as criminalizing maleness? Criminalizing the biological hormone that makes men men?

It seems that sex-based differences are entirely "in the mind" and "culturally constructed" and without any biological reality whatsoever-- except when the opposite rule helps a tranny. Then everything's about your biological make-up all of a sudden.

Is it true that someone who is "transitioning" is of no possible threat to commit a sex offense against women and girls?

I dunno about that proposition.

LGBTQ advocate Jessica Yaniv demands topless swim session for ages 12+, no parents allowed

Self-described "LGBTQ advocate" and trans woman Jessica Yaniv was to present Monday night at Township of Langley Council on the need for an LGBTQ "all-bodies" swim where no parents are present; however, Council voted to postpone Yaniv's delegation until September.

Yaniv's delegation request to appear before council stated she was asking for:

"Permission for LGBTQ2S+ organizations to be allowed to host an 'All-Bodies Swim' at TOL [Township of Langley] civic pools…for people aged 12+ where these events will be restricted to LGBTQ2S and individuals will be permitted to be topless (at their leisure), in compliance with the laws of Canada and where parents and caretakers will be prohibited from attending these events as it's considered safe and inclusive."

Many "transgender women" -- biological men -- remain sexually interested in women.

I guess this judge is just flat-out saying that testosterone levels above that of the average Buzzfeed editor is probable cause for incarceration.
