Socialist Bernie Sanders Raises $34.5 Million in Last Quarter of 2019, Beating All Democrat Rivals

Socialism seems to be a well-paying gig.

He has room to raise a lot more -- 99.9% of his supporters haven't hit the federal limit, and also, federal limits don't apply to leftwing Democrats anyway. (Ask Rosie O'Donnell and Barack Obama about that.)

Bernie Sanders was the first Democrat candidate to call the lawful targeting of an enemy combatant -- who was operating in a theater outside of his country, and also organizing attacks against the US Embassy (legally sovereign US soil) -- an "assassination."

Things aren't so great for future Etsy entrepreneur Marianne Williamson. She will soon lay off her entire campaign staff, according to "sources close to the campaign."

Trump, meanwhile, raised $46 million in the last quarter, and will enter 2020 with $102.7 million cash-on-hand.

"President Trump's unprecedented fundraising is testament to his wide grassroots support and his stellar record of achievement on behalf of the American people, "Trump 2020 campaign manager Brad Parscale said in a statement.

"Democrats and the media have been in a sham impeachment frenzy and the President's campaign only got bigger and stronger with our best fundraising quarter this cycle. The President’s war chest and grassroots army make his re-election campaign an unstoppable juggernaut."

The incumbent gets to raise a lot of money in the primary election season, which he usually doesn't have to spend much of to win the primary. Instead, Trump will be spending his primary season money just on GOTV and voter registration and to run ads for himself and against Democrats until he's officially nominated as GOP candidate.

At that point, he can start raising money for the general campaign season.

Obama had this same advantage in 2012, as did Bush in 2004, etc.

Turning to Elizabeth Warren: Yesterday she adopted the Standard Marxist Media/Democrat Talking Point and claimed that while Soleimani was a murderer, what Trump did was just terrible because he didn't talk to criminal leaker Adam Schiff about it first and also Orange Man Bad.

But her leftist supporters gave her grief for saying Suleimani was a terrorist. (BTW, he was; the Quds Force he commanded has been an officially designated terror organization as of last year, and would have been deemed one a decade ago, if not for the cowardice of the American "leadership" class.)

Some twitter zealots said they were withdrawing their support; others ordered her to "stop parroting Trump's rationale."

So brave Elizabeth Warren issued a new statement, omitting any #Triggering mention of the fact that Suleimani is responsible for more lost lives, and more lost limbs (thanks to his IED program in Iraq) than almost any other human being on the planet.

Remember, your NeverTrump Intellectual and Moral Betters insist that one of the above persons must be made president so that the Deplorables can be taught a Lesson about who's in charge of this party.
