Sydney Powell: We Were Just Informed That Our Infallible Government Workers Supposedly Marked All of Strzok's Notes as From Plietka and Vice Versa

Why does this matter?

Well, among many complaints Powell lodged on General Flynn's behalf was the fact -- or so it seemed -- that Strzok and Plietka had lied to the court in claiming that it was Plietka who wrote up the form 302 (interview memo) based on his own notes, not Strzok's.

The problem with that is that if you look at the report, and the two sets of notes from the two FBI agents (one of them a disgraced former agent), it is clear that Strzok's notes mention a whole bunch of things Plietka's do not mention, and that Strzok, not Plietka, was the main mover in this report.

Twitter researcher John W. Huber demonstrated that, as compiled here by Twitchy.

Huber points out that based on these documents, it seems that Strzok lied to the government, breaking the same law that Flynn was pressured into pleading guilty to.

On 07/19/17 Strzok was interviewed by a Senior Assistant Special Counsel & an FBI Supervisory Special Agent

This was Strzok's "exit" interview after he'd been forced to leave the Special Counsel due to discovery of his biased text messages

So if Pientka was NOT actually "primarily" responsible for "writing the FD-302" or "taking notes", then Strzok lied.

Newly available evidence strongly suggests Strzok did lie: it was *Strzok* himself who wrote the 302, & largely from his own notes, NOT Pientka's

DOJ only recently provided new evidence to @SidneyPowell1 (@GenFlynn attorney), under a protective order. This order was lifted this month, allowed it to be filed publicly.

And even if you could stretch to believing that, Pientka certainly wouldn't include in a draft 302 (a legal record that can be the basis for a felony charge) words & phrases *he couldn't remember*, that only appeared in Strzok's notes AND add "I don't remember this" to the 302

So this looks bad for the Mueller team -- a look at each man's notes indicates that Strzok, not Plietka, wrote the report, even though Strzok testified that it was Plietka who wrote it.

Now Powell is told -- nevermind about all that. The documents we gave you were backwards and wrong. When we said "These are Strzok's notes," we meant "These are Plietka's notes."

And when we said "These are Plietka's notes," we meant "These are Strzok's."

So everything's fine.

We make huge errors but you should trust everything we say.

And no, we don't want to disclose the Brady material for this case (exculpatory evidence the defendant is entitled to under the law).

Trust us, we've looked through it and none of it is helpful to Flynn.

I mean, sure we've made some major errors here and there, but you're just gonna have to take our word for it on this one.
