Grabien: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Faked Pictures of Crying at Sight of Caged Children, Was Really Just Acting Outside of Empty Parking Lot

First of all, Democrats have shifted their propaganda from "there is no crisis at the border, Trump is making it all up to distract you" to "there is a hearbreaking crisis at the border which we will fake-cry about on tv, and it's all Trump's fault.

Hosts on CNN and MSNBC like Joe Scarborough, Don Lemon, Chris Cuomo, Nicolle Wallace and others went along with Democratic talking points earlier this year that the Trump administration had manufactured a crisis at the border to secure wall funding.

Illegal crossings have increased since then, but the situation at the border has been untenable for years. Now with increased reporting on poor conditions at border detention facilities for children, the situation has again been deemed a "crisis."

"He's lied so much about the realities of what he's calling a crisis," Cuomo said in January.

Then this month, he told CNN's Anderson Cooper he hadn't seen a "crisis" as "openly understood and ignored" as the situation at the border.

"Tonight, the president tries to sell a crisis that the facts tell us does not exist," MSNBC's Brian Williams said ahead of Trump's Oval Office address about the border in January.

"This entire situation, which many have argued is a bona fide crisis at our southern border," Williams said three months later.

"The big scam of the whole address was that there's a crisis. There's not a crisis," Wallace said on MSNBC following Trump's Oval Office speech.

On Monday, Wallace read a New York Times article about the "stench" at a holding center and said it put into relief the "humanitarian crisis" underway.

Scarborough accused then-Homeland Security secretary Kirstjen Nielsen of "lying" about a "crisis on the southern border" in January, before blaming Trump for the "crisis" there last week.

So now Alexandria Donkey-Chompers is posting photos of herself with her CryFace on, supposedly looking upon immigrant children in cages.

The Grabien story, here, suggests that the photos were staged, and she was just at an empty parking lot.

Grabien News searched Getty Images' archive and located alternate-angle photos from this same event. The images, seen below, indicate AOC was crying at the sight [sic] of... an empty parking lot.

Getty photographer Joe Raedle also did not mention migrant children being visible. Here's his description of the photos: "Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez stands at the Tornillo-Guadalupe port of entry gate on June 24, 2018 in Tornillo, Texas. She is part of a group protesting the separation of children from their parents after they were caught entering the U.S. under the administration's zero tolerance policy."

So it might have been a detention facility, but she was apparently crying about all the unused parking, which might be better situated at her automated luxury communist apartment building in DC, I guess.

Meanwhile, Democrats are refusing to authorize spending to buy more beds for detained immigrants, and then simultaneously crying on twitter that detained immigrants don't have beds.

When Trump then directed beds to be purchased from Wayfair -- a company which has admirably not buckled in this controversy -- Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez urged workers there to strike rather than provide beds for the detained immigrants.

Her position should come as no surprise as she spent much of last night and today arguing against a new funding bill that would alleviate the suffering of children on the border that has arisen from the migration crisis. Ever the pebble in Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s shoe, Ocasio-Cortez has been riling up progressive Democrats to stop the funding, even though it certainly means that current conditions will not be ameliorated.

Her logic is cold, callous, calculated and cruel; rather than compromise in the slightest with the Trump administration, AOC would see children harmed so that Trump gets a black eye and the crisis gets worse.

54 They uncovered something else about these pictures. They were taken months before she tweeted about the "made-up crisis at the border". In other words, she took pictures where she pretended to be stricken with horror "at the border" months before she would tweet that there was nothing to see at the border, only to wait a few more months for "Auschwitz at the Border", and an actual...you know...crisis.

Wayfair should be commended, and patronized for their stand.

And Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez should be mocked and condemned.

As always, socialists make the problem, and then demand fundamental changes to society to fix the problems they created themselves.

This is too grotesque and clumsy a maneuver for even the media to ignore.

Nah, just having you on. Of course they're ignoring it and pretending they're not aware that Democrats are blocking money for the purchase of toiletries and bedding at the same time they shriek about not having adequate toiletries and bedding.
