The Morning Rant
"I didn't watch the NFL much yesterday, but every time I looked in, the NFL-sponsored commercials were all decidedly patriotic. Most of them included lots of shots of veterans and their families, military aircraft flying over stadiums, and of course, the flag. This would be the flag that a number of millionaire NFL players have treated with contempt, because racism. And their actions have been tacitly supported by the NFL suits, so it's a little weird seeing all of the flag-waving yesterday. I guess rows and rows of empty seats in stadiums speak rather loudly."

Note: I know there's been some clamoring from the 'ettes about the sorts of pics they would like to see, but I've got to tell you all that I am operating with some limiting factors here. The first is that I am glandulary predisposed not to care about or even notice this species of beauty, so there's not much incentive for me to go out and look. Second, I'm sure I can find pics of Cary Grant or Paul Newman, but they'd look just like Grant and Newman and what would be the point? This is a guessing game. Providentially, just about an hour after posting Friday's rant with some 'ettes asking for photos of dreamy or hunky males, this photo washed up on my personal beach. I thought he looked like a reasonably good-looking young fellow, plus his identity is probably not obvious, although I think pretty much everybody here would recognize his name. So I thought all you 'ettes would enjoy trying to guess who he is. I even provided a couple of clues that might help if you get stumped. I can't promise this will be a regular feature, but I can at least do it this one time.
