Pretty much the only people still strenuously whining that these not-bombs are really bombs, in a certain sort of way, is Jake Tapper, who desperately wants to prove he's some kind of Hero despite sitting in air conditioned offices all fucking day, braving overchilled air, and his toady/bootlicker AllahPundit.

But it's still illegal to scare people with fake bombs, unless your name is Clockmhad and the president thinks you made a cool clock, kid.
