The Morning Report 5/18/18

Good morning kids. The weekend is here and what a week it has been. With all the revelations about FBI subversion, the impending release of the IG report and Friday being the traditional news dump day to sweep dirt under the rag, this day promises not to disappoint. We're talking about the destruction of the rule of law and our society so I guess that's kind of questionable phrasing, no? Enough preamble; let's amble.

As stated, in order to get out in front of the nuclear bombshell revelation that the FBI did indeed have a spy/plant (calm down, Harvey) within the Trump campaign in 2016, Slim's NY Slimes, no doubt at the behest of James Comey, James Clapper, John Brennan and more than likely Obama and Clinton, published a very lengthy piece that confirms this but, get this, does its level best to not only diminish the significance but actually justify it.

Mollie Hemingway, who has done truly fantastic work over these past many months in uncovering the facts and putting them in context, has done it again in describing the bald-faced propagandists that the NY Times are and always have been. Rush, as he did late last week and Monday, came back from a break and once again went into lengthy detail of what all of this boils down to. And he ended with rather a stark warning that despite these revelations, despite Mueller evidently shooting himself in the face with the Russian social media prosecution fiasco (and his entire witch hunt), this will never end.

Now, look at one thing. Look at what the Times just reports without any apparent awareness. "They said that anything the FBI did publicly would only give fodder to Mr. Trump's claims on the campaign trail that the election was rigged." The Times has admitted that it was rigged! The Times has admitted that Trump was spied on, and the Times reports that it might look bad if that were known. Which they have now made known! And again, folks, there have been people who have said, "Boy, this article is blase."

Why shouldn't they be? Nothing happens to these people! I think it was about a month ago that I raised a question right behind this very microphone: Who fixes this? This is terribly broken, this entire system, the leadership. Look, I know that there are great people the FBI and probably great people at DOJ. But they're not the ones doing this. This is the leadership. Who fixes this? What happens to these people? Because I'm telling you right now, I answered this previous caller who asked, "How far will they go?"

They will wait until Trump is out of office to indict him, as long as whatever he did hasn't passed the statute of limitations. They're gonna bury this guy one way or another at some point. They simply cannot permit this to have happened with it appearing to have happened legitimately! They simply can't permit the perception that Trump's election was on the up and up, and they're not gonna rest until they have been able to do something to make it look like Trump is guilty of something, that he is a reprobate who never should have been elected. Even if it's after he serves two terms. That's their intention right now. These people are loaded for bear.

Speaking of Mueller, get this, now he's so desperate to get a one-on-one with the President that he's even agreed to limit the scope of his questions. I certainly hope the President issues a General Tony McAuliffe reply.

The other big news, big in the sense of an overblown gornisht of a nothing-burger but oh so revelatory about the nature of the Democrat-Left-Media complex is the collective vapors of the President referring to the illegal alien savages of MS-13 as "animals." Everyone from Nancy Palsi to Planned Parenthood have come out to proclaim their humanity from being blood-libeled by the President. Actually, they tried claiming that the President was calling "immigrants"in general animals, and conveniently left out MS-13. Yes, ignore those stacks of bullet-ridden, decapitated corpses behind the curtains. Including the poor girls whose grief-stricken parents were guests of the President at his State of the Union speech. I seem to recall them being all but ignored (or worse) by the Left at the time. NB: that shot of Palsi Pelosi was, if you'll recall, taken at the SOTU speech, where every damned Dem sat on their hands when those poor parents were applauded by the GOP and indeed every decent American watching that night. All I can say is Sarah Huckabee Sanders is a national treasure.

Meanwhile as the RINOs, flunkies and traitors try to shove a DACA Amnesty down our throats, Jeff Sessionzzz has issued an order ending another Obama-era policy that was a kind of de-facto amnesty to thousands of illegal aliens and the President held a roundtable discussion with local officials in California trying to buck that state's sanctuary laws. All of the above segues nicely into the political scene where despite the GOP's intentional sabotage efforts, the Democrats seem to be stepping all over themselves to wipe themselves out in the midterms. Their generic ballot advantage (if there really ever was one) has all but evaporated, Khizr Khan has crawled out from wherever it is he was skulking about to hit the campaign trail to "help" Democrats (I guess mostly by bashing Trump, America and no doubt Israel), and Donna Brazile is maneuvering to keep the fix in at the DNC. That said, the Democrats' now bust-out and in your face embrace and promotion of Socialism is not necessarily something that should be laughed at. The fact that they feel that they no longer need to hide what they're all about means that there has been a very effective whitewashing of it, especially as those who know better pass into history and those who are still under the influence of academic brainwashing come of age and enter society, and the voter rolls. Speaking of animals, on the international scene, even Thomas "my head is flat" Friedman was on with Anderson Poofter and openly called out the Hamas human wave assault on the Israeli border for what it was. As to the summit with Whoa, Fat!, the administration is saying the Libya model for denuclearization is not the way forward and that Chunky will still rule the roost. Wait and see how things shake out, I guess but unless there are open inspections anytime anywhere, I don't see how we verify the denuking.

Going quickly around the horn, Shaved Guevara opened her immature cake-hole and let loose with an infantile, vulgar outburst against responsible, America-loving adults. Meh, we've already endured Lazarus and Goldman; we don't need another Emma. Here's an idea, Emma, why not take up the bassoon (see the link). Lastly, sad news about the brave Ukrainian SEAL team Dolphins. Perhaps the Mossad Joo-Sharks can parachute in with their pew-pew lasers. Between that and controlling the weather, Israel is kind of tied up at the moment. Sad.
