The Morning Report 3/12/18

Good morning kids. An hour behind with this daylight savings time garbage and I'm running behind, so I'll try and make this brief so you can get to the links and comments, not necessarily in that order.

In the lead this morning is the seeming awakening, figuratively and figuratively again, of Super Secret Sleeper AG Lemmon 714, better known as Jeff Sessions. As the first key political leader to back PDT's candidacy and on his key issue of immigration, Sessions is now taking on the State of California and its overt nullification of federal law in both refusing to cooperate with Federal authorities in the upholding of federal and even state law, and the brazen criminality by elected officials who are committing acts obstruction of justice; Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf being the most visible example. We also have a rogue Judiciary that has blatantly usurped Executive branch authority to in effect short circuit that branch's Constitutional authority and aid in what is in effect a coup to overthrow this President and the will of the people who elected him.

The administration's proper response to this latest judicial power grab should be to echo Andrew Jackson's possibly apocryphal but apposite retort to the chief justice back in 1832: "John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it"... The law is clear: state and local officials need not actively cooperate with ICE, but neither are they allowed to frustrate it. Sessions' suit is just a first step toward reining in the "resistance" before it becomes an actual insurgency.

On the international front, we still have the pants-wetting from the Democrat-Media complex and their NeverTrumper allies from the cuck-tale circuit about the as yet to be scheduled PDT/Whoa, Fat! summit. Of all people Bill Maher is defending the meeting and telling his fellow travelers to STFU/STFD. And then we have Ben Rhodes, Obama's former national security advisor who has the unmitigated temerity to mock PDT by saying "this is not a reality show." This is the same Ben Rhodes whose qualifications to be national security adviser were that he was a failed screenwriter and his brother was the head of CBS' news division. Can we somehow arrange a meeting between Maher and Rhodes so that the former can gently give the latter some advice on this subject?

In the lightning round, as the Mueller investigation is now all but dead, the Democrats are pinning their hopes on this Stormy Daniels broad to somehow bring down the President. Evidently, she is scheduled to be on "60 Minutes (of Lies)" next week and Moonves and company may get slapped with a restraining order before then. Meanwhile, more and more solid information about Hillary is being revealed which the non-media continues to ignore and spin.

Lastly, a couple of interesting pieces worth a read: Evidently Vladimir Putin ordered the shoot-down of an airliner that reportedly had a bomb on board and was heading for the Sochi Olympics, but quickly rescinded that order when it turned out to be a hoax. And Ruth Marcus lets the mask slip; she'd abort her unborn child if pre-natal testing revealed it had impaired "intellectual" capacity. I think she meant impaired intelligence, since Gerber's decision to feature a Downs Syndrome child on its packaging is resulting in a more and more legislation banning their abortion in utero. But in any case, Marcus spoke the truth. The elites regard us as lumpenproletariat masses to be controlled or culled. Electing Donald Trump to stop their madness obviously indicates that all of us have impaired intellectual capacity. And we will conform or, well, you get the picture.
