The Morning Report 2/8/18
Good morning kids. Thursday's here and with yesterday's release of Senator Charles Grassley's memo comes confirmation of what Devin Nunes' memo states as well as the explosion of any sort of defense/counter-message from Schiff-for-Brains, the boob. But a mix of feelings from sadness and grief to disgust and anger just washed over me, as if slapped upside the head with a two-by-four in the form of Grace Slick's lyrics: "when the truth is found, to be lies." How ironic that this Leftist pearl of logic that drove the insanity of the counter-culture so accurately encapsulates what the inheritors of the counter-culture did to our institutions. Meh, maybe I'm being overly generous and looking at things through my Efram Zimbalist-tinted X-Ray Spex, but one has to be blind or ignorant (and thanks to the Media's efforts too many still are, but not like before, thankfully) to not see that the institutions and agencies we have always believed are there to keep us safe and to uphold the rule of a just and stable law are themselves criminal enterprises there to preserve, protect and defend themselves, their chosen members and their mission to rule over us by any and every means necessary.
Hence, the graphic above. Robert Hanssen is rotting away in a Colorado supermax, and deservedly so, for passing secrets to the Soviets and then the Russians for a measly $1.4 million. If only he had decided to sell America down the river to a group of people who are perhaps even more dangerous than the Soviets, he'd be walking the streets today. In fact, it's a fair bet he'd be in one of the top slots within the corporation, maybe the big cheese. And that group? The Democrat-Left Deep State. I have to think that in spite of everything that is now coming to light, is Comey, Strzok, Page, McCabe, Rosenstein and even Mueller himself ever going to share a cell with Robert Hanssen? Hell, will they even be charged? Dear Lord, one of Comey's flunkies resigned from the FBI on Friday and by Sunday night he signed a deal with CNN to be an on-air analyst.
So given all of that, I have to ask, who did more damage to this country: Robert Hanssen or Comey & Company? I don't think there's any doubt in my mind that given all the facts, the answer is a no-brainer. It is time to abolish the FBI. And not just because of this but for a very long train of abuses that go back decades. And you can probably dump most of the Department of Justice along with it. The more centralized and concentrated power becomes, both institutionally as well as geographically, the more dangerous to our freedom and the rule of law those entrusted with that power become. And when I say Comey & Company, I mean the Democrat Party, the Leftist movement in general and those at the very top of that food chain.
Several links at the top dealing with this but let's move on. Speaking of crooks and thieves, I'm so farcharded I don' know anymore if the budget that was passed was a temporary spending bill or what. I think there was a CR but I also think that McConnell and Schemer shook hands on a two-year deal which, not coincidentally, locks out a lot of the President's spending priorities, or so I am told. Meh, maybe he'll veto it. Meanwhile, Palsi Pelosi went on an 8-hour yammer about evil and conspiracies and such sounding more like a schizophrenic bag-lady yelling at the passersby in front of Grand Central Station. Naturally, she defended illegal alien criminals as paragons of virtue while damning the American citizenry. I wish her the endurance to keep on flapping her gums - - all the way through next November. In a related note, despite some Democrats wishing that old bat would STFU and STFD, three of her fellow tyrant-wannabes tried outdoing each other in the anti-American ranting department with an eye towards being the one the DNC installs to go up against PDT in 2020, their own base be damned.
From hither and yon, revenues from Tax Reform are already flooding in, a California judge in a flash of sanity ruled in favor of a baker refusing to bake a homo wedding cake while Stockton is seriously mulling universal income for its residents and the state is moving to block the shipment of coal and oil through its territory. How many divisions does Moonbeam have?
Anyway, links from around the world, across the nation and up your street. Have a better one and remain blessed.
