Well, I'm sure he didn't say "raping," but drugging a victim and then having sex with her unconscious body sure sounds like rape to me.

Bill Cosby testified in 2005 that he purchased Quaaludes to give to women with the intent of having sex with them, according to new court documents obtained by the Associated Press.

He reportedly admitted to giving the drug to at least one woman and "other people."

The 77 year-old comedian was testifying under oath in a lawsuit filed by a former Temple University employee. He admitted to giving the woman three tablets of BenadrylThe case was later settled out of court.

Cosby's lawyers had been fighting with the AP to keep the documents private.

Update: This response from Josh Smith says that AP's story is, get this, made up and biased.

So the claim is being made that he "admitted" to sharing drugs with women, that is, he did not secretly drug them, but gave them drugs they wanted. Similarly, I guess he's saying the Benadryl drugs were voluntarily given.

I think Cosby is guilty but you know what? I know for a fact that AP lies so I'm guessing this objection is correct.
