In yesterday's #NMgov debate, GOP incumbent Gov. Martinez answered questions in Spanish while her Democratic challenger spoke English with a Spanish-language interpreter.

Huh. A DEA agent commandeered this woman's identity and set up a Facebook account with her name, info, and pictures that he used to lure criminals. The agent got her info and the pictures off of her cell phone when she was arrested. DOJ says she "implicitly consented by granting access to the information stored in her cell phone."
A Ferguson demonstrator got a preliminary injunction (PDF) to end the Ferguson PD's practice of making demonstrators keep walking, rather than stand in one place. "Plaintiffs are entitled to the entry of a preliminary injunction enjoining defendants from telling citizens that they must keep moving, or from threatening them with arrest if they stand still, so long as those citizens are not committing a crime, engaging in violent acts, or participating in a crowd that contains other people doing those things."
