Noel Canning (presidential recess appointments), McCullen v. Coakley (abortion clinic buffer zones); Harris v. Quinn (compelled "fair share" union contributions); Abramski v. U.S. (firearms straw purchases); American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. v. Aereo (copyright); Hobby Lobby v. Sebelius (contraception mandate); Susan B. Anthony List v. Driehaus (election speech bans). There's also a host of EPA cases left, including Texas v. EPA, on greenhouse gas emissions.
