President Who Frequently Asserts the Powers of Dictator Excuses His Failures By Suddenly Declaring He's Not a Dictator
Also note the question that prompted Obama's "I'm not a dictator" remark -- the question asked if Obama couldn't just lock Republicans in a room and make them agree, not if Obama himself could attempt to compromise or attempt (imagine this) leadership.
