This means that, for passengers using separate airlines for separate legs of a journey, passengers will have to collect their bags from baggage check, re-check them on the next leg, and then go through security again.

A riot broke out in Anaheim yesterday after officers shot and killed an unarmed man. The police are being rather tight-lipped about what occurred. Community members say the man was shot in the back as he ran from officers.
