Rampant speculation and wishful thinking thread [Alice H]

It's Thursday night and I'm out of my head on cold medicine, so let's have some crazy talk, shall we?

I'm curious to hear thoughts on what happens to the Democratic Party and some of their pet projects, i.e. ACORN, between November 5, 2008 and November 6, 2012. Especially in light of the PUMA movement - I've talked to several people who claim to have no idea who/what it is, on both sides of the fence. Is PUMA going to affect Democratic politics going forward?

I'm also curious to hear thoughts regarding the mainstream media's future. Are we fringe freaks who will soon be regarded on the same sanity level as the troofers, or is a radical shift from trusting the MSM on its way?

And where the GOP will be in four years, if we haven't all been locked up and shipped to the southwest for re-education.

And for you lawyerly types out there, I now have a webcam trained on my front yard, given that our signs have been stolen and our cars have been vandalized (separate occasions). If I manage to get video of our signs being stolen again, what can I push to have someone charged with that goes beyond petty theft?
