Enough with the Poll-Gazing, There's Work to be Done (bumped) [someone]
(NOTE: I'm going to bump this every weekday morning until Ace tells me to stop.)
It's that time of year again.
The election is a month away. No matter how the polls move, or what McCain does or doesn't do, any favorable result is going to require significant volunteer effort.
If you're in or near a possible swing state (and there are lots of 'em this time), contact your local Victory Office through the state pages of the campaign site. They should have plenty of volunteer opportunities in the coming weeks. If your home is solidly red or blue, you can register for phone bank work directly through that national site. (If you know of other volunteer channels, please note them in the comments.) UPDATE (from sidebar): You can also register for the GOTV program directly at this page.
I'm still convinced Barry's going down next month, but he's going to need a firm shove. Ditch the self-pitying Eeyoreism and get to it. Remember:
This is the first battle of the Palin 2012 campaign.
