Proposed Law Would Ban "Visual Sexual Aggression"

First-degree eyefucking.

A jurisdiction seeks to criminalize sexual staring, especially as regards children.

I've got to mull this one over.

This is such a vague proposed law that it probably should just be handled by hassling someone for breaking other vague laws, like loitering, though I don't know if that's still on the books in most places. Or "disorderly person."

Yeah, the latter. We have a lot of "not sure what the actual charge is but you're fucking around in a way we don't like" sort of laws. To some extent they're necessary. Not sure if we need to go multiplying them and getting overly specific with our vaguer laws.
