Massachusetts Already Out Of Money For Snow Removal?[eddiebear]
Living in St.Louis, I am far removed from the interworkings of the Massachusetts Government. But seeing that the Commonwealth has already run out of money for snow removal, I must ask a few questions:
1) Last I checked, it snows a lot in the Northeast. Shouldn't the people who write the budget in that state prepare accordingly?
2) Who wrote this budget? Was it Romney or the new Governor, Deval Patrick?
3) Has this happened before?
4) Did the money that previously was slated for snow diverted elsewhere?
Just asking.
