Over Our Dead Airwaves: Britain's Crown Prosectution Service Investigates "Undercover Mosque" Expose, Refers Matter To Britain's Equivalent of FCC
The program being investigated is here. Its sin? Distorting Accurately reporting what is said inside some of Britain's more terrorism-friendly mosques.
And as we all know, one cannot blaspheme against a country's de facto state religion with impunity.
Why doesn't Britain just get on with it and declare itself a Muslim state and impose Shari'a law? Why bother with these stuttering half-steps? We all know where these trains are running to. (Some mysterious places to the east, it seems.)
Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) lawyer Bethan David scrutinised 56 hours of media footage, only some of which was used in the broadcast.
She said: "The splicing together of extracts from longer speeches appears to have completely distorted what the speakers were saying.
"The CPS has demonstrated it will not hesitate to prosecute those responsible for criminal incitement.
"But in this case we have been dealing with a heavily-edited television programme, apparently taking out of context aspects of speeches which in their totality could never provide a realistic prospect of any convictions."
This is a lie. "Context" cannot save the vile things these bastards said on tape.
This is just an excuse by the British authorities to not bring incitement-to-terrorism and hate-speech raps against these rats when all the evidence needed is sitting there on hours and hours of videotape.
I'm not of fan of hate-speech laws, but if you've got 'em on the books, they should be enforced against the worst of the worst. But apparently viciously lunatic Muslim "clerics" have a special dispensation.
That's a privilege of being the de facto state religion, after all.
Those Strike-Throughs were of course my protest of Britain's new chilling of speech in order to not give offense to its de facto state religion.
(Not really. I just use the s command so seldomly I always close it, or fail to close it rather, with an i or b command.)
