Woman Suing NYC For Busting Her For Going Topless

Turns out a court case argued by leftist douchebag Ron Kuby already established that it was "discriminatory" to forbid of women what is not forbidden of men, i.e., showing breasts.

It seems to not have occurred to the liberal NY judges that men do not in fact even have breasts. Go figure liberal NY men never grokked on to that.
