CNN Agnostic On Merits of "Loose Change" Conspiracy Theory
Skip down a bit to watch the Paula Zahn puffball interview and the insipid conclusion: "the film certainly has people thinking.β
The liberal media certainly has people doubting their sanity.
Is there any anti-Bush lunacy they won't give a nonjudgmental "airing"?
Think if we conservatives cobbled together a conspiracy theory -- like, say, Sandy Berger stealing originals of national security documents and then destroying them -- the media would give it any coverage?
Oh, wait. That wasn't a conspiracy theory, that was a criminal charge to which he admitted his guilt and copped a plea.
And yet the media seemed none too interested in that, and certainly deemed itself quite above giving an "airing" as to Berger's motives. Like, say, wanting to destroy documents having adminstration officials' notes in the margins. Notes which might be politically damaging.
That theory they found too unsubstantiated to explore.
This theory, on the other hand -- well, the film certainly has people thinking.
