President Biden stumbled through an abortion speech on Tuesday and closed by saying, "Thank you, I'm sorry."

Biden gave the speech on Tuesday during a "Restore Roe" rally held by the Democratic National Committee that was held at the Howard Theatre in Washington, D.C.

Biden, while trying to express his support for abortion rights and Roe v. Wade, said that he "pushed hard" for married couples in their bedroom.

"The right that I pushed hard, and it finally got changed, the married couples in the privacy of their bedroom, excuse me, I'm thinking about the Dobbs decision," Biden said during the speech.

During the speech, Biden also mispronounced Obergefell, when referencing Obergefell v. Hodges, the Supreme Court decision that required states to recognize and license same-sex marriages in 2015.

He also concluded the speech by telling the audience, "Thank you, I'm sorry."

He also announced that, due to the Dobbs decision, we lost the right to abortion, "starting in my house."

Biden confused the right to gay marriage with the right to abortion, which, in fairness, do share the similarity of not being rights.

"Thank you. I'm sorry."

He also said that his first order of business will be -- if he keeps Congress -- will be to "codify Roe."

"Codifying Roe" means making abortion until the moment of actual birth the law in every state.

Democrats are banking on the abortion issue to win votes in November because their actions on the economy, crime, education and other issues have angered many Americans. But their pro-abortion position also is very extreme, and the bill to "codify Roe" would go much further than the overturned 1973 ruling.

Nicknamed the Abortion Without Limits Up to Birth Act, the legislation would force states to legalize the killing of unborn babies in abortions for basically any reason through all nine months of pregnancy.

The bill, which Democrats named the Women's Health Protection Act, also would end bans on sex-selection abortions and taxpayer-funded abortions as well as laws that protect women and girls, including parental consent for minors. It also would jeopardize legal protections for doctors and nurses who refuse to abort unborn babies.

Even CNN, a liberal news outlet, questioned how "politically effective" Biden's promise will be because the president and Democrats are doing so poorly in polls.

The White House staff refuses to name any limits on abortion that the Pedophile of the United States supports.

Karine the Dum-Dum also won't say.

Biden also refused to say which was more important. He says "multiple issues" are the most important.

He also asked Karine the Dum-Dum if Biden agreed with Stacy Abrams that a great way to beat the high cost of living was to abort your babies.
