Supreme Court Cites Bullshit Dodge "Lack of Standing" to Dismiss Texas Case
The ultimate Friday Night News Dump: The Constitution is repealed; America is no longer a democratic republic.
"Standing" is a doctrine without much rigor. Judges find standing when they want to take a case, and don't find it when they want to bury a case.
Update: Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani on Newsmax (of course) at 8pm.

The Supreme Court decided to bury the Texas lawsuit.
The high court refused to take up the lawsuit filed Monday by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton that took aim at the election results in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin.
"Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot," the court said in an unsigned order.
...
But Justice Samuel Alito, joined by Justice Clarence Thomas, said the court does "not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue."
Yes, that's true: The Court has no discretion to not take the case. The Constitution says they must take it.
But whatever, I guess the Constitution is a tax now or something.
Deep State gotta Deep State.
Here are some other big stories I meant to link all day, but never got around to:
* Corrupt Soros-backed circuit prosecutor Kim Gardner removed from McCloskey prosecution by judge.
Kim Gardner politicized the case -- of course! -- by sending out fundraising emails asking for money to keep the illegal prosecution going.
She was backed by communist former Nazi George Soros. And it's illegal to point that out.
* Nancy Pelosi refuses to answer how many Democrats, apart from adulterous Kompromat jagoff Eric Fartwell, have had sex with Chinese agent honeypots.
Meanwhile, Fartwell's father and brother had been FaceBook friends with this Asian Communist Hooker until recently. But now they've finally unfriended her.
Sounds like Fartwell didn't warn his family members that his side-piece was a spy
* Tulsi Gabbard introduces bill to keep men out of womens' sports. I can't believe we need a bill for this.
I can't believe that this bill is considered "controversial" and will be defeated.
The decision to bring the transgender issue in front of Congress, Gabbard said, was directly related to "Title IX's original intent which was based on the general biological distinction between men and women athletes based on sex."
"Title IX was a historic provision ... to provide equal opportunity for women and girls in high school and college sports. It led to a generational shift that impacted countless women, creating life-changing opportunities for girls and women that never existed before," Gabbard said.
Gabbard said some states are misinterpreting Title IX and creating undue hardship and lost opportunities for female athletes. "It is critical that the legacy of Title IX continues to ensure women and girls in sports have the opportunity to compete and excel on a level playing field," she said.
* Study finds that the Lincoln Project wasted tens of millions of Democrat dollars on ads that were ineffective at persuading voters.
Money well spent? Ahamed concluded that it was not.
"According to Nick Ahamed, Priorities' analytics director, the correlation of Twitter metrics--likes and retweets--and persuasion was -0.3, 'meaning that the better the ad did on Twitter, the less it persuaded battleground state voters.' The most viral of the Lincoln Project’s ads--a spot called Bounty, which was RTed 116,000 times and liked more than 210,000 times--turned out to be the least persuasive of those Priorities tested."
I don't need a degree in data analytics to tell what Stevie Wonder can see. It's called "echo chamber" people, like the one that Priorities USA and The Lincoln Project live in.
Twitter is the ultimate echo chamber....
But you see, Priorities USA and The Lincoln Project knew this. The Lincoln Project wasn't attempting to persuade anyone; they just wanted to collect impressionable people’s money, and be a burr in Trump's hide.
That's actually the Lincoln Project's spin -- the ads were designed to persuade voters. Only to annoy Trump:
Grifters gonna grift.
