The Coup In Poland

The globalists launched another coup.

When the right took power, they installed judges they liked, which the left could not abide.

This entire coup is a dry run for what they plan in America -- take over the courts, pack them with leftists who will rubber-stamp every authoritarian measure the left decrees.

Crisis began with right-wing victory, court control

The Constitutional Tribunal is responsible for checking the compatibility of laws, policies and international agreements with the national constitution.

It has been a major bone of contention between the current pro-European government and the main opposition party, national-conservative Law and Justice (PiS).

PiS drastically transformed the country's justice system after winning election in 2015, including establishing political control over top courts such as the Constitutional Tribunal and the Supreme Court. This was done in part by cancelling the appointments of judges selected by the previous government and choosing its own.

Back in 2016, opponents of Law and Justice protested outside the building shouting "Democracy!" and "Constitution!"

The European Union's top court ruled in December 2025 that the Constitutional Tribunal was not "independent and impartial," because of politicized appointments made by the since-defeated Law and Justice government. The EU withheld billions of euros in funds to Poland during the nationalist PiS-led governments of 2015 to 2023, saying their judiciary reforms had subverted democratic checks and balances.

And when leftists dominated the courts, they were of course "independent and impartial," according to the EU.

Pro-EU government promises to reform court

After Donald Tusk's pro-European coalition took office ​in 2023, it pledged to restore the rule of law and reform the court.

Yes, "reform" of the same kind Democrats are vowing for the US.

But President Karol Nawrocki, a Law and Justice ally, has acted to thwart those ⁠efforts since his election as president in 2025. Earlier this year, Nawrocki refused to swear in several judges nominated by parliament.

Which I assume he has the power to do.

Meanwhile, the tribunal's chief judge, Bogdan Swieczkowski, a former deputy justice minister in the Law and Justice administration, declined to seat judges elected by the current parliamentary majority.

So to "save democracy," they stripped duly elected and appointed officials of their offices.

Sound familiar?

A statement appeared on the tribunal's website on Friday saying Swieczkowski had been suspended. "Restoring the rule of law is our obligation," Prime Minister Tusk wrote on X on Friday evening. "After years of lawlessness under PiS this is a difficult process, sometimes painful and it requires decisive action. There is no other way."

Eggs must be broken for omelets to be made.

"I am certain that the Constitutional Tribunal will function as it ​should," he said in a televised speech. "Also, independently of me and in line with the constitution.

"The task of the executive branch, and therefore mine, is to ensure its ​safety and working conditions, and I intend to fulfil my duty."

To ensure "safety" I have to assume all powers of a dictator.

Polish MEP Dominik Tarczyński is explaining what is happening right now at Poland's Constitutional Tribunal, calling it nothing less than a COUP D'ÉTAT!

"In Poland, we have a liberal-left government led by Donald Tusk, who is the Prime Minister. What is happening right now with the Constitutional Tribunal is that they want to take it over and fill it with their own people.

Why? Because they want to get rid of the Polish currency, bring us into the eurozone, and eliminate our secure borders. They are being pushed by the Germans, who want to spread the burden of illegal migration and send migrants to Poland.

First of all, the Polish złoty is our constitutionally protected currency. They have to change the Constitution to replace it, and without the Constitutional Tribunal, they cannot do that.

And now we understand the absolutely rabid obsession with destroying Pete Hegseth.

I've been in the Army since before 9/11. Served under many secretaries.

Only in the past 18 months have I experienced:

>politicians warning me not to follow illegal orders
>billboards outside military bases telling me to report war crimes
>the media attacking anyone who has a positive thing to say about the man, and defending anyone who hates him
>stunning volume of leaks from senior officials trying to undermine him, and the lionizing of the leakers by the press
>being called a war criminal myself, hundreds of times a day
>a sustained media narrative portraying virtually every firing or senior officer removal as a "purge"
>public efforts by retired officers, advocacy groups, and political figures to mobilize service members and military communities against administration policies
>influential "Americans" publicly cheering for Iran

This is just to name a few. I've NEVER experienced anything like this before. And it's becoming abundantly clear that the concerted effort to divide the military from within was stunted when Hegseth took over. Anyone desiring color revolution needs control of the military. That's color revolution 101.

Is it starting to make sense yet? Now you see the obsession over him in particular. It's not a coincidence. And it damn sure isn't because of his culture war.

It's because by all objective metrics, he runs a military that snatches rogue leaders from their beds, destroys entire militaries, and successfully mobilizes assets to save one downed pilot in the middle of enemy territory by building an Air Force base... in the middle of enemy territory. Secures the border, dominates the hemisphere. Hunts drug cartels. The list goes on.

He is by all meaningful accounts, effective at wielding the machine. And that is why they drool at the thought of removing him.

In years past you'd be hard pressed to find a junior Soldier who knew the name of the cabinet secretary above them.

Every one of them knows Pete Hegseth.

Every one.
