Former Vice President Kamala Harris called for institutional changes to the Supreme Court and the Electoral College during an interview Tuesday, calling for more justices on the highest court in the nation.

"The work that we can do about winning back the House and the Senate is going to be on a number of things. For example, I believe that we need to expand the Supreme Court. We need more justices on the Supreme Court so that we can have a court that actually reinforces the spirit and principles behind the Constitution of the United States," Harris told podcast host Keke Palmer on her "Baby, This is Keke Palmer" podcast.

"I believe that we should be pushing for what is possible around changing the Electoral College. Right?

"It's about, the popular vote has to matter, right? You know, all the things that make people feel, like, overwhelmed, and does their vote matter? We have, you know, listen, if the folks there want it, we should be pushing for statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C., right? These are some of the things that are structural that we need to do, but we need to reestablish affordable child care," Harris added.

Harris lost both the Electoral College and the popular vote to President Donald Trump in 2024. She told Palmer she still remains undecided about a 2028 presidential run.

The Department of Homeland Security said the municipalities across the Dem-driven state have refused to comply with its detainment requests 16,070 times since President Trump re-entered office fewer than two years ago -- refusing to hand over criminal migrants suspected or convicted of everything from murder to kidnapping and sexual assault.

"While sanctuary politicians continue to release dangerous criminals onto their streets, our brave law enforcement officers will continue to risk their lives to arrest these heinous criminals and make America safe again. Illegal aliens have no sanctuary in America," DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin told The Post.

"We enforce these laws with no help from Mayor [Zohran] Mamdani and Governor [Kathy] Hochul.

Governess Hochul put on an embarrassing performance in her debate with Republican Bruce Blakeman. Or so I'm told; I didn't watch it.

One poll says the race is neck-and-neck. I doubt it, but if you're a New York voters, you know what you could do that would result in the Funniest Thing Ever...?

Gov. Kathy Hochul and Bruce Blakeman are nearly neck-and-neck as they head into the gubernatorial election's only debate Tuesday, a stunning new poll found.

Democrat Hochul leads the Republican Nassau executive 47% to 44%, a Pollfinity survey released Tuesday found.

The poll found about 6% of voters were undecided, while another 3% planned to cast their ballots for others.

When undecided voters were asked which way they were leaning the race spread slightly, but just barely -- with the candidates falling within 4 points of each other at 48% to 44%.

The poll called on 499 New Yorkers between Oct. 8 and 12, and bucked trends other pollsters had found in recent weeks which placed Hochul at a roughly 10-point lead over Blakeman.

Hochul led Blakeman by 12 points -- 52% to 40%, with 8% undecided -- in an Oct. 8 poll from Emerson College and PIX 11 that called on 900 voters.
