Lindsay Clancy's Scumbag Lawyer Kevin Reddington Contradicts His Earlier Defense, Now Insists That There's No Evidence Lindsay Clancy Murdered Her Children at All

He's in court to ask that the judge just declare Lindsay Clancy innocent.

During the trial, he accepted that Lindsay Clancy killed her children-- she admitted it three times, and there was overwhelming physical evidence besides -- but now, during this motion hearing, joins the Lindsay Clancy Conspiracy Cultists in wondering if someone else killed the kids.

He doesn't say it, but the Conspiracy Cultists claim that Patrick Clancy killed his children, then "hypnotized" Lindsay into believing she did it and confessing to it.

And this is where Kevin Reddington is now. Repeating the Cultist's conspiracies, ignoring his own client's admissions of guilt.

"Where's the evidence she did this?!" he now lie-asks.

Defense attorney Kevin Reddington argued that prosecutors simply haven't produced enough evidence to prove his client killed her children. Prosecutors quickly fired back, publicly dismissing Reddington's assertion as a "laughable theory".

Despite the exchanges inside the courtroom, major rulings remain on hold.

Judge William Sullivan indicated that no substantial decisions are expected until at least November 2, leaving several key motions unresolved for the coming weeks.

Planning for a potential retrial also appears to be stalled. Both the prosecution and Reddington acknowledged that they are not yet ready to engage in formal discussions regarding a new trial date.

Reddington noted that he is unavailable to take the case to trial again until next June, though Judge Sullivan made it clear he has no intention of needlessly kicking the case down the road.

Outside of the core trial logistics, new legal representations have emerged. The holdout juror from the previous proceedings has officially retained new local counsel, bringing attorney Heather O'Connor on board, she announced in a press conference after the hearing.

Desronvil's attorney is accusing Clancy's lawyer of unfairly targeting him after and plans to file a bar complaint against him

Meanwhile, the doxxed juror is now speaking out.

His name is Michael Desronvil and he says the focus should be on the three murdered children, not himself, and not the batty leftwing Murderess Cultists who wanted Lindsay Clancy acquitted to "make history" and to guarantee a woman's right to kill her children when she feels like it.

Reddington has been hit with a gag order over his deliberate doxxing of the holdout juror -- the DA says he used language calculated to allow his media henchmen/coconspirators to dox and menace the holdout juror.
