Bernie Sanders: I have every right to own three homes. I earned that money by writing anti-capitalism screed-books.

Gay activists are angry that streetlamps in Northport will be used from May to September to honor fallen veterans, which doesn't allow "other communities" to hang their gay flags from them. Oh my, you are suffering like no other group has suffered throughout all of human history. #Courage.

I didn't write much about the MLB crushing dissident speech as regards the forced-speech in favor of "pride."

Josh Hawley made a serious threat against the league. The league enjoys a completely judge-fabricated exemption from the nation's antitrust law (the league serves as anti-competitive monopoly), an exemption no other league or corporation enjoys. (The NFL got a congressional exception, with limitations. Including no games on Saturday during college season, which is why you don't see Saturday NFL games until January.)

Hawley wants to look into whether that judge-manufactured exemption should be overturned, if MLB is going to use its monopoly power to compel the speech of workers who cannot go to a competitor league, due to their monopoly power.

The league's claim that it merely forbids "writing of any kind" on its uniforms does not survive a cursory review of the league's recent history. In 2020, MLB itself turned its uniforms and its fields into a billboard for political and social messages. It created jersey patches reading "Black Lives Matter" and "United for Change." It authorized "BLM" to be stenciled onto pitching mounds. And it suspended its own equipment rules so that players could display progressive political slogans on their cleats. The league went beyond tolerating speech--it designed speech, promoted speech, and shoehorned social and political messages into the game broadcast to millions of Americans. Yet when three players added a handful of characters citing the Book of Genesis to their caps, the league reached for its rulebook.

This does not appear to be an isolated incident. Your organization's recent action follows an undercover investigation which revealed an admission from a Washington Nationals executive that a Catholic player on the team was not included in promotional materials for the team because of his faith. That executive has since been fired, but not before the anti-Christian bigotry was exposed.

My concern is sharpened by the singular legal position that Major League Baseball occupies. Alone among America's professional sports leagues, baseball enjoys a sweeping, judicially manufactured exemption from the federal antitrust laws--a privilege the Senate Judiciary Committee has examined with bipartisan skepticism in recent years. A league that benefits from such an extraordinary dispensation owes the public a corresponding measure of accountability, and it invites the closest scrutiny when it appears to wield its market power to punish Americans for their beliefs. That exemption, in any event, has never been understood to shield the league from its legal obligation not to discriminate against its employees on the basis of religion.

The judge invented this unique exemption because, at that time, baseball was so hugely popular that it was considered sacrosanct, and no one wanted to pit the law against baseball, because baseball would win.

Baseball isn't so popular any longer. It's at best the second most popular sport and I think it's actually the third.

They better mind their P's and Q's.

Real Man and Arbiter of Masculinity James Talarico has one checking account, which is a joint account... with his mommy.

I don't want to brag but I've had my own account since I was 28.

Texas Senate candidate James Talarico, 37, has a single checking account that holds up to $50,000--and he shares it with his mother, a frequent contributor to his political campaigns who pitched in to cover Talarico's moving expenses when he was 32, records show.

Talarico's personal financial disclosure lists a single Wells Fargo checking account with a balance between $15,000 and $50,000. Though Talarico is unmarried, the disclosure indicates that the account is owned jointly. A "filer comment" provides clarity: "The account is jointly held by the filer and the filer's mother." Talarico did not disclose any other checking accounts.

It's unclear exactly why Talarico--whose campaign did not respond to a request for comment--shares the account with his mother, but she appears to be helping him, not vice versa.

Tamara Talarico is in her early 60s and appears to be in good health. She marched in a "No Kings" protest in October 2025 and joined Talarico on the campaign trail in subsequent months, including for his appearance on the View in February. Tamara Talarico has donated more than $2,000 to Democrats since 2023, Federal Election Commission records show, including more than $450 to Talarico's Senate campaign. She is married to Talarico's adoptive father, Mark Talarico, who holds a degree in nuclear engineering from Texas A&M and worked for nearly 30 years--until his retirement in 2021--as a senior sales engineer for a Texas-based company that sells advanced laboratory instruments, according to his LinkedIn.

Talarico's parents contributed $5,000 each to his campaign for state representative in 2021, records show. The same year, Talarico reported an in-kind campaign contribution of $1,437.84 from his parents for "moving expenses." Talarico was 32 years old at the time.

Talarico joined the part-time Texas House of Representatives--which pays members an annual salary of $7,200--in 2018 after working as a sixth-grade teacher. He represents a portion of, and lives in, Texas's "priciest metropolis," Austin.

Talarico has supplemented the modest salary he earns as a state lawmaker with consulting income from the equity-focused education firm MAYA Consulting, which he joined in 2019 and which developed diversity, equity, and inclusion plans for public school districts in Texas during the height of the Black Lives Matter movement in 2020, the Washington Free Beacon reported. It's unclear how much Talarico has earned from the firm, and, while Texas state lawmakers are required to file financial disclosures, they do not include annual income.

Your prototypical, archetypal Democrat "man."

Leftwing women are insufferable and irreparably broken. Further evidence:

Headline: Woman arrested for jerking off his dick in front of female nurses.

Dwight Fart Schrute says The Office couldn't be made today because of wokeness, and even says he says media bias in favor of "the liberal agenda."

And that it's pretty obvious that if someone on the right had a "questionable tattoo" it would be "all over MSNBC."
