UK "Legal" Advisors Tell Muslim Migrants to Lie and Claim That They're Gay

This would result in persecution if they were returned back home, though I don't know why it should be so, because everyone on the left tells me Muslim countries are not anti-gay at all, just anti-zionist or something.

So, as they do here in the US, people paid to advise illegal aliens simply tell them to commit perjury.

And we pay their salaries to advise illegal aliens to defraud the system.

The United Kingdom has an asylum system similar to the one we have here in the United States. The purpose of these systems is to ensure that the state doesn't deport anyone who is in danger of being killed if they are deported.

Here in the US, especially during the Biden administration, the system was widely abused by migrants who were in reality here for jobs. But they had learned from other migrants or from progressive groups in this country that by claiming asylum at the border they would be allowed in to the country and it would probably take as long as 7 years before their case would be decided by a judge.

In the vast majority of cases that judge would state the obvious, i.e. economic migrants are not covered by asylum laws. An order of deportation would be issued. But by that point, the migrant might have US born children and, whether they did or not, ICE would almost never come for them regardless of what the judge said. So long as they didn't get convicted of a felony, they were allowed to stay anyway.

In the UK, the asylum system is similarly designed to protect people who might be in danger if deported. And today the BBC reports that has created an incentive for legal advisers to recommend their clients lie about their sexuality in order to convince authorities they would be targeted if sent home. In short, claim you are gay and you'll be allowed to stay.

A shadow industry of law firms and advisers is charging thousands of pounds to help migrants pretend to be gay in order to stay in the UK, the BBC has found.

In the first part of a major undercover investigation, we reveal how migrants whose visas are due to run out are being given fake cover stories and instructed in how to obtain fabricated evidence, including supporting letters, photographs and medical reports.

They then apply for asylum claiming to be gay and in fear for their lives if they return to Pakistan or Bangladesh...

This group now makes up 35% of all asylum claims, which topped 100,000 in 2025.

One man just claimed to be gay and was told he could bring over his wife from Pakistan once he got asylum -- he would just then claim that his wife is a lesbian.

Ter Apel, a small, unassuming Dutch town near the German border, is a place tourists rarely have on their itinerary. There are no lovely old windmills, no cannabis-filled coffee shops and on a recent visit it was far too early for tulip season.

When foreigners end up there, it is for one reason: to claim asylum at the Netherlands' biggest refugee camp, home to 2,000 desperate people from all around the world.

Some, like the Eritreans and Somalis, are fleeing war; the Syrians insist it remains unsafe for them to return home after the fall of Assad. But in the last year they have been joined by a curious new cohort: a bunch of Americans, who say they have feared for their lives ever since Donald Trump returned to the White House.

Their presence has surprised many of the camp's residents. "My dream is to go to America or the UK. America for me is the paradise," said Usama, a 21-year-old Libyan-Algerian hanging around the main gate. "You can work, you can make a million if you have a good idea. Why they come here?"

It is a fair question. Last year, 76 Americans claimed asylum in the Netherlands, according to the Dutch asylum and immigration ministry, up from nine in 2024. Unlike the UK, the Netherlands does not rent out hotels or houses for asylum seekers, instead housing them in fenced-off camps, officially called reception centres, dotted around the country.

Many of the American refugees, like Jane-Michelle Arc, a 47-year-old software engineer from San Francisco, are transgender. In April last year she flew into Schiphol airport in Amsterdam and, sobbing, asked a customs officer how to claim asylum. "And they laughed because: what's this big dumb American doing here asking about asylum? And then they realised I was serious."

Arc said the US had become such a hostile environment for trans people that she had stopped leaving the house "unless there was an Uber waiting outside". She said she had been abused on the street and using the ladies' toilets, and resolved to leave the country after a frightening incident when she feared a woman was going to run her over with her truck.

He points out that "normal countries," like the Netherlands, do not let "asylum seekers," almost all of whom are mere economic migrants not entitled to asylum, do not allow migrants into the country while their nonsense claims are scrutinized. Rather, they're kept in camps until their cases are resolved.
