The 83-Year-Old Veteran Pushed Into the Subway Tracks by an Illegal Alien With a Long Criminal History Has Now Died of His Injuries

You defended our country, but our country refused to defend you.

He wasn't actually hit by a subway -- another man was also pushed into the subway tracks, and he ignored his own pain to get the 83-year-old veteran on to the platform before a train could run them over.

But when an 83-year-old takes a headlong fall into a seven foot trench filled with hard steel tracks, he's probably not going to survive.

This happened in Manhattan -- Soros DA Alvin Bragg's fiefdom.

The 83-year-old US Air Force veteran who was randomly shoved onto the subway tracks by an illegal migrant on the Upper East Side has died from his injuries -- and his alleged killer has been charged with murder.

Grandfather Richard Williams succumbed to his injuries March 17 after he was allegedly pushed onto the tracks with another man while waiting for a train at the Lexington Avenue-63rd Station just before noon March 8, authorities and sources said.

His alleged attacker, Honduran national Bairon Hernandez, 34, was arrested March 10 at a homeless shelter -- and his charges have been upgraded to second-degree murder following Williams' death, court records show.

Second-degree murder in NY is the equivalent of first degree murder in most jurisdictions. They reserve first degree murder for murders of cops and judges and public officials. It's not great, but this isn't the second degree murder you're probably thinking of.

Prosecutors had said Williams was "brain-dead," and Williams' daughter, Debbie Williams, told The Post days after the attack her father was not likely to pull through.

The medical examiner declared his death a homicide.

John Pena, 30, was also shoved onto the tracks by Hernandez but ignored his own injuries and heroically helped pull Williams back onto the platform moments before a train rolled into the station.

Chilling cellphone footage of the attack, apparently shot by Pena from the train tracks, shows the suspect casually strolling along the platform after pushing both men onto the subway bed.

Prosecutors had previously said Williams was left "brain-dead" and his daughter, Debbie Williams, told The Post days after the attack her father was not likely to "wake up."

She declined to comment Thursday on her father's death, which the medical examiner ruled a homicide.

Williams' daughter previously had some choice words for the accused murderer.

"I want him to go to the Venezuela prison, the worst place he could go to," she said. "I want him to suffer for the rest of his life. Prison justice would be appropriate."

Williams, a retired Air Force pilot, had just won a five-year battle with prostate cancer six months ago and had found a new lease on life, she said.

Hernandez is a "serial criminal" with a lengthy rap sheet of at least 15 charges, including aggravated assault, possession of a weapon, and domestic violence, according to the US Department of Homeland Security.

Maybe the two men thrown in front of a subway by a serial criminal illegal alien were just in the "wrong place at the wrong time"?

Regarding the Chicago Alderman who said that Sheridan Gorman was "in the wrong place at the wrong time," minimizing the fact that an illegal alien who actually was in the wrong place -- get the f*** out of my country -- murdered her for nothing.

This Alderwoman claimed Sheridan Gorman "startled" her killer. See, she shouldn't go startling illegal aliens out hunting co-eds. The onus was on her to not startle the illegal alien.

Alderman Maria Hadden has temporarily closed her office because she claims conservatives are calling & threatening her.

While I don't completely condone that I understand why & so should she.

When you say that someone killed by an illegal alien was at the wrong place & wrong time & that the community is safe despite the killer not caught by police at the time then you should expect ppl to be angry.
