The Morning Report — 12/30/25

Good morning kids. The penultimate day of 2025. As the scope of the absolutely gargantuan fraud committed against the AMERICAN people and I emphasize that word because the perpetrators are American in name only, essentially being a plague of bipedal locusts emerging from a purulent lesion known as Somalia. And this plague has been unleashed on us primarily by the Democrat Left and sadly, those we foolishly elect to try and check them but who instead aid and abet in our destruction by being paid confederates.

Right now I'm staring directly at a lanky, festering coprolite known as Tom Emmer:

Minnesotans begged House Majority Whip Tom Emmer more than a decade ago to halt the flood of Somali refugees to the area, but the lawmaker scolded them for their concerns.

Minnesota’s Somali population is back in the spotlight after YouTuber Nick Shirley posted a video canvassing multiple Somali-run childcare centers accused of fraud. However, A resurfaced audio clip from “This American Life” shows that voters were concerned about mass Somali migration long before the recent controversy.

And this is courtesy of commenter "D" who has the misfortune of having Emmer as his rep.

It's a long listen but this is a recording from a 2015 townhall in St. Cloud Minnesota where Tom Emmer basically told the citizens of St. Cloud that they have to take as many Somalis as they say whether they like it or not because "America". He calls them the fastest assimilating immigrant group, and says they are just like the Germans. A few weeks after this he founded the Somali Caucus in the house of representatives. What people don't understand is Minnesotans did fight this and they were told to "shut up and sit down" by the Mn GOP.

Ah yes, I have to agree that the Somalis are indeed just like the Germans — the Germans that operated the gas chambers and comprised the Einsatzgruppen.

Yes we can blame Leftists/Democrats et al for all the misery, suffering and waste of life and human potential that have brought us to the brink of dissolution, but as per the famous quotation “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” Well there's good men doing nothing and then there is covering up and running interference while pocketing ill-gotten lucre to act as shills and confederates. No "GOOD" men to be found! This has been the nature of the GOP since as far back as I can remember and likely longer than that.

This is why Donald Trump is sitting in the White House and why Democrats and far too many Republicans want him and an energized formerly silent majority dead. . . And I mean literally dead. Which brings me to this story that at its heart is reflective of my observations

“Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Rice, Biden, Weissmann, Rosenstein … When are these people being charged?” political strategist Roger Stone told Breitbart News after he was asked if he believes FBI Director Kash Patel is “knocking down enough doors” at Turning Point USA’s 2025 AmericaFest conference. “I think Kash is doing a very good job of fighting terrorists. I think he’s doing a good job of fighting child sex trafficking,” Stone said, adding, “The question, really, is: Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Rice, Biden, Weissmann, Rosenstein, and on, and on.” “When are these people being charged?” Stone continued. “It’s been many months since Tulsi Gabbard declassified the documents that prove beyond a shadow of a doubt these people engaged in extra-constitutional, illegal coup d’état. When are their indictments?”

Stone was referring to former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former FBI Director James Comey, and former National Security Adviser Susan Rice, among others — all embattled with scandal.

“It didn’t take them long to indict me on trumped-up charges,” Stone added. “It didn’t take them long to charge General [Michael] Flynn. It didn’t take them long to charge Donald Trump in a New York courtroom.” Stone then offered another example, pointing to Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D).

“It is now absolutely clear that Gov. Tim Waltz knew about and covered up the theft of billions of dollars of federal funds. That’s a crime. When is he being arrested?” Stone said.

If the aim truly is to make America great again, there is only one way to do so — it is the restoration of the shattered trust that all Real Americans have in their criminal justice system. The only way that that is going to happen is if those who destroyed it are ruthlessly and mercilessly punished. And everyone in the rotten system that abrogated their oath of office is disrobed, disbarred and run out on a rail. There must be a reckoning, or else all of this is for naught and we are once again on the expressway straight to hell.

If you think that that is hyperbole, I give you this to chew on:

Days ahead of trial, a federal judge has dismissed an indictment against a TikTok streamer shot by ICE earlier this year, citing constitutional violations by the government. In a Saturday order, U.S. District Judge Fernando M. Olguin cited the deprivation of Carlitos Ricardo Parias’ access to counsel while held in Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention and the government’s failure to comply with discovery deadlines — including the timely release of body worn camera footage that captured the shooting. Federal authorities had accused Parias, a well-known TikTok streamer of local breaking news, of ramming his car into agents’ vehicles after they boxed him in and tried to arrest him during an immigration enforcement operation in October. An ICE officer opened fire, striking Parias in the arm and injuring a deputy U.S. marshal with a ricochet bullet.

That same day, prosecutors charged Parias with assault on a federal officer. In November, he was indicted by a grand jury. Parias was scheduled to go to trial on Tuesday.
In his 28-page order, Olguin dismissed the indictment with prejudice, meaning prosecutors cannot refile the same charges of assault on a federal officer using a deadly or dangerous weapon and depredation of government property.
Olguin is an Obama appointee. Parias is well connected with local Democrats.

. . . Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli has been a disaster and needs to go, but the bigger picture here is that California Dems have simply decided that violence against ICE personnel, much as they decided that violence against Southern California Jews by Hamas supporters, was the ‘right thing to do’ and those carrying it out need to be protected.
(The analogy isn’t accidental because Judge Olguin had previously thrown out a lawsuit by Jewish parents over antisemitic ethnic studies materials in the classroom.)
That’s the equivalent of legalized lynching in the South and it has to be treated that way.
The sanctuary state is becoming an insurrection.
