Left-Wing Pro-Illegal-Alien Tough Guy Led "Crying" from Courtroom As He's Ordered Held Without Bail For Making Terroristic Threats to Shoot and Kill ICE Agents and FBI Director Kash Patel

Our Marxist-dominated government of traitors has allowed their fellow travelers in antifa to beat and burn down their enemies, because the left protects its street militias.

They're all on the same team. Democrats are the PLO, antifa and BLM are their Black September. Standard terrorist arrangement -- you have your "direct action" wing that commits actual terrorism, and then your "political" wing which does not commit terrorist attacks but just argues that they're acceptable methods of resistance against An Oppression So Unspeakable. The "political" wing keeps somewhat clean so that the victims of terrorism have an ostensibly non-terrorist party to negotiate with.

Everyone understands this standard terrorist division of labor.

Except for the US government when it comes to the left. They pretend they don't know that the Democrat Party and antifa work hand-in-glove together.

NEW: The Texas man who allegedly threatened to shoot & kill ICE agents & urged his followers to do the same left a federal courtroom crying today after he was ordered held in detention, with the magistrate determining he is a threat and a flight risk, according to our @FoxNews team in the room.

Additionally, federal prosecutors said they learned about Robert King's alleged threats via the national FBI tip line. He had been living with his sister and brother in law, who is a Mesquite police officer and former CBP agent. Upon learning of the social media posts, the brother in law threw him out of the house.

A left-wing social media agitator who has no job and pays no rent but must suck the teat of the state or their put-upon family members?

Well now I've heard everything!

The DoJ certainly took it seriously, too. They filed a felony indictment under 18 USC 875(c) for transmitting threats over "interstate communications," a crime which carries up to five years in prison per count:

Robert Wilson King, 35, was charged on April 3, 2025, via criminal complaint with transmitting an interstate threat. King made his initial appearance before U.S. Magistrate Judge Renée Harris Toliver this morning and was detained pending a detention hearing set for Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.

According to the complaint, on March 29, 2025, King allegedly posted a threat on a social media platform, stating, "If I see ICE agents in my neighborhood I'm opening fire. It's time to stop being p****** and put the second amendment to work. ICE are not real cops, they are a secret police force with no real legal authority. Kill them."

Later, King allegedly posted on another social media platform that he wanted to "double down" on his threat to shoot and kill ICE agents.

Here, King incites the murder of ICE agents:

I don't know if criminal incitement is prosecuted much any longer -- the "clear and imminent danger" standard requires that the incitement have a direct connection to imminent action.

But terroristic threats are prosecuted, and here's King threatening to kill Kash Patel:

Ed Morrissey notes that one year ago, the FBI prioritized investigations of Catholics because their rabid devotion to Popery made them enemies of the state. And the FBI also targeted people who spoke at school council meetings as terrorists.

Not to mention the international drag-net for people who merely texted people in the Capitol on January 6th.

They never touched their leftwing antifa and BLM allies committing actual crimes of violence including terrorism and arson.

Now: Things are different.
