The Morning Rant: Misanthropic Version

The famous trial lawyer Daniel Webster once said—”Justice is the greatest concern of man on earth.” Had "we" listened and comprehended this advice our current judicial systems of 2024 would not be looked down upon with scorn, disgust and downright hostility.

The question at the moment is our Democracy under threat? Well we have all seen the sham trials of NY vs. Trump. And unless you have been hiding for the past four years we all know about the despicable Jack Smith's Washington, D.C. tribunal vs. Trump.

Never forget. We heard that phrase quite a bit yesterday. Well, let us not forget that anyone who meets the constitutional requirements can run for president. Two people attempted to run against The MushHead. U.S. Representative Dean Phillips and Robert F. Kennedy.

The Democrats mostly laughed off Phillips. But RFK, Jr. was a different story. The powers that be of the DNC wouldn't let him be on state primary ballots. So Kennedy pulled himself up by the bootstraps and ran for the presidency as an independent.

Although he can run for president apparently he cannot remove himself from the ballot. Remember peons, "the elite" have forgotten more about democracy then we will ever know.

Former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will appear on the presidential ballot in Michigan, the state’s Supreme Court ruled.
The 5-2 ruling overturned an appeals court decision that had removed Kennedy from the state’s ballot over the objections of Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.
Kamala Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee, leads Republican nominee Donald Trump in the state no matter the number of candidates, but her edge shrinks when the race becomes a head-to-head matchup, according to polling averages.

So in Michigan a presidential candidate cannot say, "My body, my choice" and get away with it.

Now we move to the Common Wealth of Virginia. Virginia allowed an independent presidential candidate on the ballot after first refusing him. That candidate, Cornel West has raised the ire of slime ball political ambulance chasing attorney Marc Elias' firm to sue Virginia. West requested consideration and was added to the ballot. Once again the Democrats prove what they are: Racist, dictatorial and full of rank hyprocisy.

Marc Elias, the former Clinton campaign lawyer and Democratic National Committee (DNC) figure focused on election integrity, sent a letter Monday to Republican Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s administration threatening to sue them if they keep independent candidate Cornel West on the ballot in November.

The Daily Caller first obtained a copy of the letter, which calls for Virginia State Board of Elections Department Chairman O’Bannon, Virginia Department of Elections Commissioner Susan J. Beals, Virginia Secretary of Administration Lyn McDermid and Members of the Board of Elections to “immediately” remove him from the ballot in the commonwealth.

Marc Elias why are you keeping Cornell West down? Why can't the voters of Virginia have a candidate they want to vote for on the ballot? Afraid of democracy are we?

Democracy is what the, Judiciary, DNC and MSM say it is. And if you are a disgruntled voter because some illegible voter cancels your vote. Or keeps your candidate on or off the ballot, tough shit, get over your American privilege.
