They're so biased that the incredibly biased judge, who refuses to recuse himself, is forced to exclude them from the jury.

Second Trump juror dismissed after failing to disclose arrest for vandalizing right-leaning political ads

A juror in former President Trump's criminal trial was dismissed after it was revealed he had been previously arrested for tearing down right-leaning political ads. This comes shortly after another juror was excused for expressing concerns about her ability to remain fair and impartial.

The dismissed juror, known as Juror #4, was arrested in Westchester, N.Y. at an undisclosed time for tearing down right-leaning political advertisements.

Prosecutor Joshua Steinglass also revealed that the juror's wife had been involved in a "corruption inquiry" requiring a "deferred prosecution agreement with the district attorney's office."

Following the dismissal of Juror #4 and Juror #2, only five jurors remain sworn in, with thirteen more needed before opening arguments can commence.

The dismissal of Juror #4 comes on the heels of the excusal of Juror #2, a nurse from Manhattan's Upper East Side. She expressed concerns about her ability to remain fair and impartial in the trial, citing potential outside influence and pressure from family and friends. Judge Merchan expressed regret at her departure, stating, "We lost what would have been a good juror."

Leftwingers see this trial not only as a way to attack Trump, but to cash in with the inevitable book deal.

The first juror was excused because the media posted so many details about her that members of her family guessed she was on the jury. This isn't intimidation by Trump; it's intimidation by the media, which once again wants to tell jurors "We are watching you and will punish you for voting 'wrong.'"

A female juror, "Juror #2," who works as an oncology nurse and had biographical details -- including her occupation and other information from her responses to the juror questionnaire and its 42 multi-part questions -- made public told the judge that she had "friends, colleagues, and family push things to my phone questioning my identity as a juror."

"After sleeping on it overnight," Juror #2 told the court she "has concerns about her ability to be fair and impartial."

As a result, Judge Juan Merchan excused Juror #2, meaning there are just now just six impaneled jurors and 12 more must still be settled.

Contrary to claims that Trump and his allies are trying to intimidate jurors, mainstream media outlets hostile to Trump reported details about jurors' identities -- apparently enough details to allow at least one juror to have her presence on the panel suspected.

Trump did some campaigning in New York, despite the corrupt Democrat Party's attempt to stop him from doing so.

Trump went to visit the bodega owned by the man Soros DA Alvin Bragg threw in Rikers for defending himself from a brute.

The Daily Beast is alarmed by the positive reception he, um, received.

A cheery young Hispanic working single mom who should terrify the Democrats had just picked up her 1-year-old son from his babysitter on Tuesday evening when she encountered a crowd at Broadway and W. 139th St. in Harlem.

None other than Donald Trump was just beyond a line of police barricades outside the Sanaa Convenient store.

"I was amazed to see him," 31-year-old Sabrina Vargas later told The Daily Beast. "Just to see what everyone jokes about--his hair, the color. It was kind of breezy."

Trump had come directly from his criminal trial to a neighborhood he might have been expected to avoid for fear of a hostile reception. The visit was the idea of Francisco Marte, head of the Bodega and Small Business Group.

The police closed off the immediate vicinity with barricades. The Secret Service searched everyone inside the perimeter to ensure there were no firearms in the immediate area of Trump--who then suggested in his remarks that a gun could have prevented the stabbing at the store.

"If you have a gun, then you'd never get robbed," Trump said. "That would be the end of it."

Vargas arrived in the midst of it, having just collected her son, Makhai, after a shift as a table server at the Hard Rock in Times Square.

"You had a lot of mixed emotions," she recalled. "I saw some women upset. I saw a lot of people happy. And a lot of people who seem confused."

But, by her estimate, only 15 percent of the onlookers were manifestly negative. She herself had only positive things to say.

"I liked his suit," she said. "It looks like he lost some weight."

She added, "He looked happy. He always looks happy." She noted one exception: "Not when he's in court."

Vargas said that when the crowd cheered, little Makhai joined in. She was asked if she also cheered. "I did," she allowed.

For all of Trump's sins and lies since then, and despite the dire threat he poses to democracy, he drew similar cheers in Harlem on Tuesday. And it should scare the hell out of the Democrats that those who joined in included a working woman who should be a vote they can count on.

"I think Biden could do a lot better," Vargas said.

Vargas complained about crime in the subways and said that she didn't feel unsafe to ride them when Trump was president.
