President Joe Biden is continuing to host donors at the White House ahead of the 2024 election despite pushback from his legal counsel, according to a report Wednesday.

Less than a year out from the 2024 election, Biden has reportedly been inviting donors to the White House for private meals and briefings, a practice which raised alarm among the White House Counsel's office because it has restrictions on such events, people familiar with the matter told Axios. Biden has reportedly stopped taking donors to the Oval Office after warnings from the White House Counsel's office, however his meals and briefings are expected to continue, people familiar with the matter told the outlet.

"There are certain rooms in the White House, particularly in the residence that are not covered under the Hatch Act," Kedric Payne, ethics director at the Campaign Legal Center, told Axios.

"The president is allowed to legally meet with and entertain donors at the White House," Payne told the outlet. "But you cannot give campaign contributions or solicit for campaign contributions while in the White House."

LOL. And we all know that no Biden would evade the law for the sake of collecting bribes.

Speaking of: The crackhead whoremonger and scofflaw criminal Hunter Biden pleased, lol, "not guilty" to nine counts of tax evasion and failure to declare income.

The first son appeared in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California for his arraignment after he was indicted by a federal grand jury in December on nine tax-related charges, including three felonies.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges after arriving early to the courtroom Thursday afternoon, according to NBC News. He faces up to 17 years in prison for the tax charges.

From the indictment against him:

"The Defendant engaged in a four-year scheme to not pay at least $1.4 million in self-assessed federal taxes he owed for tax years 2016 through 2019, from in or about January 2017 through in or about October 15, 2020, and to evade the assessment of taxes for tax year 2018 when he filed false returns in or about February 2020," the indictment reads.

"Between 2016 and October 15, 2020, the Defendant individually received more than $7 million in total gross income," it continues. "This included in excess of $1.5 million in 2016, $2.3 million in 2017, $2.1 million in 2018, $1 million in 2019 and approximately $188,000 from January through October 15, 2020. In addition, from January through October 15, 2020, the Defendant received approximately $1.2 million in financial support to fund his extravagant lifestyle."

Meanwhile, the White House has been hiding the dying-brain degenerate from the public for a full three days.

Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked why President Joe Biden has "been kept from public view" for the last three days during a press briefing Thursday.

The president has not held a single public event at the White House in the new year and has gone three days without making any public appearances.

"President Biden has not had any events at the White House in the new year and he's been kept out of public view for three full days now, why?" Doocy asked.

"The president had a three-day swing, went to four states in the new year," Jean-Pierre said. "He went to, actually I should say just recently, he went to [Valley Forge] Pennsylvania where he gave a very impactful, important remarks on our democracy, protecting our democracy on the eve ahead of January 6, what we saw in 2021 on January 6 was an attack on our democracy and he went out there and he spoke to the American people. It was very well received and this is something that he's gonna continue to do."

"So he did a three-day swing, but for the last three days, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, none of his constituents have seen him do anything," Doocy added. "Who decided that that the American people are best served by seeing less of the president?"

Meanwhile, Jill Biden is doing the campaigning that her invalid husband isn't capable of. While appearing in his stead while he recuperates in bed, she testified to his "vigor" (LOL) and also said that Republicans are being "cruel" to Hunter Biden, which caused Victor Davis Hanson to arch an eyebrow flirtatiously.
