The Quotes of The Day

Quote I

‘We have somebody that’s not at the top of his game, never was at the top of a game, never was. We have a guy who is a dumb son of a bitch,’ President Donald J. Trump

Quote II

And on the Bumpkin Pride side of the equation, small towns are not created equal either. Some are economically depressed, poverty stricken, crab bucket, hell holes of despair, where the number one growth industry is cooking meth or stealing copper wire. And others, like the one I choose to live in now, really are all that cool, America Fuck Yeah, mom and apple pie, places where the neighbors are actually cool and don’t put up with bullshit. Jack Wylder

Quote III

With the federal government running a $2 trillion annual deficit, and with the COVID crisis long behind us, shouldn’t we be systematically downsizing? Vivek Ramaswamy is a Republican candidate for president. Stephen Moore is a senior fellow at the Heritage Foundation

Quote IV

“We are aware of speculation that the Department of Justice’s weekend request to have Mr. Archer report to prison is an attempt by the Biden administration to intimidate him in advance of his meeting with the House Oversight Committee,” Attorney Matthew Schwartz

Will he make it alive to the congressional hearing?

Once upon a time, if someone from the Marine Corps told me, "The Marine Corps takes very seriously the transfer of remains of our Marines—they never leave a Marine behind, and they care for the families of their fallen Marines.”". Not anymore. The Armed Forces are more concerned about the dregs of our society than our heroes. And if that is too harsh. So be it.

Family Forced To Pay To Transfer Body Of Marine Killed In Botched Afghanistan Withdrawal

The family of one of the 13 fallen U.S. Marines in the 2021 Afghanistan withdrawal was asked to pay $60,000 to transfer her body to Arlington National Cemetery, according to her family.

Rep. Cory Mills (R-Fla.) was the first to make this known after contacting the fallen Marine Corps Sgt. Nicole Gee’s family, Fox reported.

Mr. Mills told Fox that he was “enraged to learn that the Department of Defense had placed a heavy financial burden” on Gee’s family.

Because of a change in legislation, the Department of Defense (DOD) is no longer obliged to pay for the transfer of fallen service members, according to Mills’s office.

Disgusting. Joe Biden killed those soldiers by his pure unadulterated incompetence and mental disease/defect. The least "our government" can do is bury our soldiers who died helping others flee Afghanistan.

Our nation has become the land of the enslaved and home of the pussies. Carson Wentz still remains one of my favorite NFL players, even if he is unemployed. IIRC he also gave his O-Line one year really sweet O/U Shotguns.

Wentz's act was described as "barbaric nonsense" and "disgusting".

Alongside the image, the former North Dakota State star wrote on Instagram: "Bucket list (emoji check)"

"Got the opportunity to spot and stalk black bear in one of our new favorite places on earth— Alaska!"

"Incredible trip and an incredible animal!"

Wentz suffered a season-ending torn anterior cruciate ligament during the Eagles' victorious 2017 season - with his backup Nick Foles going on to play as his side won Super Bowl LII.

He went on to leave the Eagles in 2020 following an awful final season.

When they say don't mess with Texans: It is a fair warning.

A suspected vehicle thief has died in a mall parking lot gunfight in Texas after the owner of the truck he allegedly stole managed to track him down, police say.

San Antonio Police Chief William McManus told reporters that the shooting happened outside the South Park Mall on Thursday just two minutes after officers received a call about the theft.

"The owner of the stolen vehicle certainly has the right to track down their vehicle," he said. "Now, we would prefer that they called the police before taking that into their own hands, but he did what he felt he needed to do."

Beach nourishment, FFS. New Jersey taxes aren't high enough. Keep raising them so the illegals have nice beaches.

When it comes to sand and the money New Jersey is willing to spend to keep piles upon piles of it on Jersey Shore beaches, there seem to be no bounds.

New Jersey’s latest budget, signed by Gov. Phil Murphy on June 30, includes a record-setting $50 million for the Shore Protection Fund — money largely dedicated to replenishing beaches with sand, state officials said this week.

In all, the state is slated to pump more than 12.2 million cubic yards of sand at a cost of $200 million in the next two years with projects either done, on the cusp of starting or soon to be.

What time do you eat dinner? There's a map for that.

Dinner time varies globally. It is intriguing how dinner time varies amongst the states in the United States.

Based on the American Time Use Survey data, between 2018 and 2022, Nathan Yau determined what percentage of households were eating at a given time.

Well, they tried. Off grid lifestyle isn't for everyone.

Two weeks after three “heavily decomposed” bodies were discovered at a remote camp in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, the identities of the deceased have been discovered.

I'm a believer in capitalism. If a glorified waitress/waiter is worth $92 an hour. So be it. I don't think they are. Flights don't cost nearly enough.

MushHead and his cronnies want us to eat mush and other crap that wasn't meant to be eaten.

The Biden administration has backed lab-grown meat and other biotechnologies as the food of the future in an apparent bid to solve "climate change" and food security issues.
Back in September 2022, President Joe Biden issued an executive order (EO) stressing that the U.S. government is dedicated to investing in biotechnology that will advance the U.S.'s food security. The EO acknowledged biotechnology's role in "cultivating alternative food sources" and "looking to improve food security and drive agricultural innovation through new technologies."

"We again remind the public that airports are not nightclubs." But remain assembly locations for Genius Award Winners.

Three Brisbane men are facing fines after allegedly drinking duty-free alcohol and vaping on board a flight to Indonesia, which had to be diverted to Darwin over concerns about their behaviour.

The Australian Federal Police (AFP) said two 20-year-old men from Sheldon and Wellington Point and a 42-year-old East Brisbane man allegedly became intoxicated during the flight and were asked to move out of their exit row seats, as the crew was concerned they would not be able to assist in an emergency.

The men allegedly initially refused to move, but eventually relocated seats.

OMG duty free liquor. The horror.
