Whistleblower: Hunter Biden -- and Joe Biden, Too -- Sure Look Like "Agents of Chinese Influence"

That's racist.

That's what they said about covid-19 coming from a Chinese lab, right? If the word "China" is in a statement, you can rebut it just by saying "That's racist."

Ever since Hunter Biden's laptop became an issue of public interest in late 2020, and despite the best efforts of the media-Democratic complex to suppress that discussion, what might have been going on between "the big guy" and Beijing has troubled American counterspies. Simply put, is President Joe Biden compromised by Communist China ?

What we already know of this story is the stuff of counterintelligence nightmares . It centers on the shadowy firm CEFC China Energy, which appeared flush with cash, as if from nowhere, a decade ago. CEFC then became a big player in global energy markets before disappearing just as mysteriously five years later.

...

Just the News has obtained the testimony of IRS supervisory agent Gary A. Shipley Jr. to the House Ways and Means Committee in late May. This is a shocking chronicle by any standards. Shipley's account claims that Hunter Biden dodged serious charges in the CEFC matter. The first son's sweetheart deal from the Justice Department that was announced this week, wherein Hunter Biden dodges jail time, in particular did not involve the Foreign Agents Registration Act , even though Biden taking almost $5 million from CEFC in 2017-18 with his uncle, James Biden, for nebulous services to Beijing, looks like a textbook FARA violation. While multiple Trump associates were prosecuted for FARA violations, the president's son got an obvious pass.

Shipley's testimony asserts that the DOJ displayed no interest in discovering if "the big guy," not merely his brother and son, was mixed up with CEFC. Worse, Shipley claims that Biden family associate Rob Walker told the FBI that our current president met with CEFC too (without stating exactly when). Shipley states:

And yet it was clearly valuable for the investigators to ask about Hunter Biden's dad, as Walker went on to describe an instance in which the former Vice President showed up at a CEFC meeting.

Walker said: "We were at the Four Seasons and we were having lunch and he stopped in, just said hello to everybody. I don't even think he drank water. I think Hunter Biden said, 'I may be trying to start a company or try to do something with these guys and could you?' And I think he was like, if I'm around and he'd show up."

The FBI agent asked: "So you definitely got the feeling that that was orchestrated by Hunter Biden to have like an appearance by his dad at that meeting just to kind of bolster your chances at making a deal work out?"

Walker answered: "Sure."

The FBI agent continued: "Any times when he was in office, or did you hear Hunter Biden say that he was setting up a meeting with his dad with them while dad was still in office?"

Walker answered: "Yes."

And, inexplicably, the FBI agent changed the subject.

Joe Biden's appearance at a CEFC meeting may be perfectly legal, but in counterintelligence terms, since that firm was a Chinese spy front, the former vice president showing up at that meeting would be taken by Beijing as a vote of approval, and not unreasonably. This has counterintelligence implications, given that Biden, Inc. took almost $5 million from CEFC -- that is, from Chinese Communist intelligence.

In Beijing's eyes, Joe Biden endorsed his family's dealings with CEFC by showing up at that meeting, which means that our current president is considered to be their " agent of influence " (just as Hunter Biden surely is too). This isn't a spy in conventional understanding, and the term comes from the Russians, who taught Beijing how to spy many decades ago. Joe Biden may even be unaware of his involvement with Chinese espionage. Given the president's frequent confusion in public, he may not recall that CEFC meeting.

Have Normzzz been repaired to full working order now, NeverTrump Turncoats?

The criminal consiglierte Merrick Garland continues to avoid answering questions about why he won't appoint a special prosecutor and, crucially, whether or not he ever blocked his Democrat ringer prosecutor from bringing charges against Hunter Biden.

"As I said at the outset, Mr. Weiss was appointed by President Trump as the U.S. attorney in Delaware and assigned this matter during the previous administration," Garland reminded. He reiterated his previous statement that Weiss "would be permitted to continue his investigation and to make a decision to prosecute any way in which he wanted to and in any district in which he wanted to."

The whistleblowers' testimony released by the Ways and Means Committee, however, directly contradicts what Garland stated.

"Mr. Weiss has since sent a letter to the House Judiciary Committee confirming that he had that authority," Garland said. "I don't know how it would be possible for anybody to block him from bringing a prosecution given that he has this authority."

When asked whether Weiss was ever told "no," Garland wouldn't answer specifically. Instead of a firm denial of ever telling the U.S. attorney investigating Hunter Biden "no" when an attempt to charge the first kid was made, the AG responded: "I'm saying he was given complete authority to make all decisions on his own."

Note that Merrick Garland claimed that any criticism of the DOJ or his cover-up of Hunter's crimes constitutes "an assault on a critical institution of democracy."

And that's a predicate for siccing FBI agents on dissenters, as we've learned.

Some have chose to attack the integrity of the Justice Department by claiming that we do not treat cases alike. This constitutes an attack on an institution that is essential to American democracy."

JROD says "I take his words as a threat."

I do too.

No, Hunter Biden is not a "first-time offender." In June 1988, Hunter was arrested in Stone Harbor, NJ, for "possession of a controlled substance." Cops busted him doing coke in a car outside a party. He was cuffed & did 6 mos probation. He had a criminal record before it was quickly expunged with help from an influential U.S. senator from a neighboring state

This seems like a stretch, but you decide:

HOLY SHLIT

The WSJ is reporting the US Navy detected the Titan implosion on Sunday but Biden held the news until today's whistleblower testimony on Hunter

The entire thing was a distraction op

And Hunter's plea deal too

They let everyone think those people were alive!

Hunter Biden is going to tonight's state dinner for Modi, as is his business partner and uncle, Jim Biden.

Hunter once lobbied Evan Ryan, the wife of Tony Blinken, on behalf of one of his CCP-connected business ventures.

And Hunter's sister Ashley Biden is accompanied by a criminal justice director at the ACLU.

Modi just gave Jill Biden a 7.5 carat diamond. It's manmade one. I think that manmade diamonds trade for 10% of the price of a naturally-occurring one, but BlueNile lists the price of a 7.47 carat diamond as $237,000.

So Jill Biden just accepted a diamond worth about $24,000.

The Biden's are really open for business, aren't they?

Representative Jason Smith details what the House has discovered about the gangster president's thug son -- so far.

Rep. Jason Smith @RepJasonSmith

I just voted to release 14 hours of transcribed interviews with 2 IRS whistleblowers.

Their story of how the federal government handled an investigation into a "high-profile individual" is stunning.

The transcribed interviews shine a light on the seeming favoritism DOJ and IRS officials showed to protect this high-profile individual from justice.

Whistleblowers confirmed for the first time that the individual is the President's son - Hunter Biden.

The 2 whistleblowers exposed:

Hunter received money from Ukraine, China, and Romania.

All taxpayers are NOT treated the same.

Biden DOJ engaged in attempts to delay, divulge, and deny IRS investigators.

Whistleblowers faced retaliation for telling the truth.

For years, Hunter didn't report all of his income to the IRS -- Whistleblowers say he broke multiple laws in the process.

Money came flowing in from all over the world - Ukraine, China, Romania.

Much of it unreported and much of it from foreign sources.

Hunter Biden profited off his father's name. He didn't report millions of dollars in income from foreign sources.

Any ordinary American caught doing that would have faced severe consequences. Hunter Biden didn't.

Why not?

The whistleblowers exposed how the DOJ established a pattern of delaying, divulging, and denying the Hunter Biden investigation.

At nearly every turn, officials chose protecting the powerful over exposing the truth to the American people.

After Biden was sworn in as President, there were concerns the DOJ wouldn't be an impartial investigator.

AG Merrick Garland ignored those concerns and refused to appoint a special prosecutor.

Their warnings fell on deaf ears.

In August 2020, a search warrant uncovered a text between Hunter and Henry Zhao, an executive at a Chinese company that paid Hunter $100,000.

The text mentioned Joe Biden repeatedly.

Investigators were not allowed to verify the information.

Texts like these made it clear to IRS investigators that they needed to conduct a search of Joe Biden's guest house, where Hunter was living.

Investigators were told: "there is no way we will get it approved."

Again, DOJ denied investigators' request to question Hunter's adult children, who were suspected to have relevant information because:

"It will get us into hot water if we interview the President's grandchildren."

In 2019, an IRS criminal investigation search warrant led to discovery of Hunter Biden's laptop.

FBI verified authenticity. IRS investigators never got full access, despite believing it may contain relevant evidence.

After the Nov. 2020 election, IRS agents scheduled a day of action to conduct interviews on Dec. 8, 2020.

See the thread for more.

Investigators were told not to ask about Joe Biden.

The night before, the FBI divulged details by tipping off the Biden transition team.

After the interviews, investigators learned of a storage unit controlled by Hunter, and debated getting a search warrant for the unit.

Once again, the DOJ divulged these sensitive details to the Biden camp -- this time to Hunter's lawyers.

Retaliation ensued:

Once the whistleblowers came forward to expose the pattern of slow walking the Hunter Biden tax investigation, the whistleblowers say they were retaliated against.

The whistleblowers and their entire team were removed from the investigation at the request of DOJ.

As a result of the Biden DOJ's repeated pattern of delay, divulge, and deny, the statute of limitations expired for tax years 2014 and 2015, where Hunter Biden had significant unpaid liabilities.

These totaled over a quarter of a million dollars, but it could be more.

Americans expect a justice system that protects whistleblowers and is honest and fair no matter who you are -- even if your dad is President.

Sadly, it seems that the federal government has two different tiers of justice.

Americans truly deserve better.

And Hunter Biden isn't the only criminal pervert in the Biden Crime Family.

Tara Reade sent word through her letter that she may still testify to Congress about his forcible digital r@pe of her.

Dear Chairman Jordan:

I represent public interest whistleblower, Tara Reade. Ms. Reade has previously indicated her willingness to testify under oath to the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government regarding the persecution she has suffered and continues to suffer at the hands of the federal government since she first went public in 2019 regarding her sexual abuse by then Senator Joseph Biden in 1993.

Among the most overt consequences of her coming forward in 2019 was a state investigation of alleged perjury in an unrelated matter. This criminal investigation was purely political and questioned her undergraduate academic credentials and qualification to be a domestic violence victim advocate when in fact she held a JD degree from the Seattle University School of Law (2004).

Even more ominously, she became a target of a federal grand jury in 2020. We do not know the purpose of the attached grand jury subpoena but the source, Twitter, was working closely with the FBI and CIA at the time to suppress information embarrassing to the Biden Family.

Ms. Reade is currently in Moscow, Russia. She is seeking temporary asylum there due to her well-founded fear of imminent detention in the United States or a third country. As she cannot appear in Washington, she nonetheless expresses her willingness to answer written questions or testify remotely. Ms. Reade really desires to testify before the subcommittee, please contact me so we can make arrangements.

I'm not thrilled at Zoom testimony, but Democrats did all of their voting remotely even though the Constitution requires their physical presence, so to hell with them.

She included evidence of the Biden Administration's Stasi interest in her:

Attached to the letter was a copy of the ominous subpoena sent to Twitter's Trust and Safety office back in June 2020 by the US District Court for the Eastern District of California. It demanded that Twitter provide all of the identifying information attached to Reade's Twitter account(s). A copy of that document was previously sent to Reade herself, suggesting that it carried an implied threat. You'll note the timing of that subpoena. This was taking place during the height of the 2020 election after Reade had gone public with her allegations against Biden.

These thugs:

hunterbidencorruption.jpg

An email found on Hunter Biden's laptop establishes he was at Joe Biden's house when Hunter made this threat. The picture shows Hunter in Joe Biden's Corvette on this specific day -- establishing he was in fact staying at Joe Biden's home when he was threatening to use his influence to crush his Chinese business partners if they didn't deliver the money they had promised to the Biden Crime Family.
