The Morning Report — 6/13/23

Good morning kids. Someone tell China and the Religion of Peaceniks that they can come on in any time. Just avoid the Coney Island whitefish and pools of soiled Astroglide strewn about the Rose Garden lawn. Maybe that's the Biden version of SDI; spread STD via spreading cheeks, so that even Fang-Fang and Khomeini would be repulsed.

Transgender activists were seen baring their topless chests at a White House LGBTQ Pride Event hosted by [so-called quote-unquote "president"] Joe Biden over the weekend. Posted to TikTok on Monday by transgender model Rose Montoya, the now-viral video featured the activist and several other transgender activists showing off their pride by shimmying in front of the camera with their naked chests. Montoya, a male model living as a woman, notably covered the nipples of his fake breasts while the other two, women living as men, proudly revealed their scars from breast reduction surgery.

“Are we topless at the White House?” Montoya could be heard saying as the camera revealed the half-naked activists dancing in front of the White House.

Prior to the big moment, Montoya could be seen shaking hands with President Joe Biden, thanking him for his LGBTQ Pride support. . .

. . . “A photo in a group of other images from the event shows what appears to be the ‘Progress Pride Flag’ hanging between the American flags while the President and First Lady are seen among attendees,” it added.

During the Pride celebration, the president vowed to fight against current laws circulating in the United States that would ban transgender surgeries on minors as well as transgender athletes from participating in women’s sports.

“When a person can be married in the morning and thrown out of a restaurant for being gay in the afternoon, something is still very wrong in America,” Biden said.

As usual, President Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants got it ass-backwards (no, that's not code language), but not because of the dementia either. When homosexuals can be entitled to violating Judeo-Christian doctrine and force believers to commit blasphemy by sanctifying their marriage, yet believers can be thrown out of restaurants for refusing to kiss their holy cock-rings, yes indeed, something is VERY wrong in America.

And that's just for starters. America as we had known it or at least believed it to be no longer exists. This is yet another revolting and alarming indicator as to the state of our nation and our society. President Trump is on the verge of being railroaded on trumped up or highly dubious charges via twisted, pretzel-logic spurious interpretations of law, or plain old naked writs of attainder while Joe Biden runs, or more accurately shambles, mumbles, fumbles or is dragged around free as a bird despite half a century of selling out every office he was elected to or stole.

But perhaps this kind of garbage is the ant-abuse, emetic, cultural ipecac and cold hard slap in the face we need.

Wokeness rules America. In the last three years every element of public life from governments to corporations has been conditioned to impose a radical social agenda on the nation. Women have ceased to exist and the government is forcing schools to sexually indoctrinate children.

A new Gallup poll suggests that this culture war has backfired. Badly. This year the largest number of Americans has come out of the closet as social conservatives since 2012.

Biden has taken us back to Obama’s first term in more ways than one.

That’s all the more remarkable because even last year the country was nearly tied between social conservatives and the socially liberal. This year the number of socially conservative Americans shot up from 33% to 38% while the socially liberal fell from 34% to 29%.

That’s a massive inversion from 2021 when 34% claimed to be socially liberal and only 30% were socially conservative, and the end of American values seemed to be here. . .

. . . Democrats met declining religiosity and values with a kulturkampf that was not satisfied with adult sexual license but became perversely obsessed with sexualizing children. The electoral consequences of that toppled Democrat rule in a number of statues. And as the Biden administration doubles down on sexualizing children, threatening to investigate schools that don’t serve pornographic materials to children, Republicans are realizing what they believe.

The growth among independents, a majority of whom identify as social moderates has been marked, but limited, with social conservatives rising from 24% to 29%. Equally importantly, the number of social liberals among independents has fallen from 27% to 23%.

More independents, by a narrow margin, are now socially conservative than socially liberal.

This has not only significant cultural, but political consequences. Democrats and Republicans attributed their performance in the midterms to blowback over abortion. It’s become accepted wisdom that the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision was an electoral disaster that turned the country against Republicans. And yet there’s no sign of that in the Gallup poll numbers.

If the Dobbs decision had led to any significant shift then more people would be identifying as socially liberal and fewer as socially conservative. Instead the country has gone the other way.

There is a passionate ‘Abortion Uber Alles’ demographic and its impact shouldn’t be discounted, but the nation as a whole is trending more socially conservative and, even among Democrats, there’s been no growth in the socially liberal and a slight growth among the socially moderate and even a tiny bit among socially conservative. Abortion has not radicalized the Democrats.

And if it hasn’t radicalized the rank-and-file Democrats, it certainly hasn’t radicalized Americans. . .

. . . The backlash against the culture war is not a permanent solution, but it is an opening. . . Over the generations, Republicans ceded to socialism, big government, illegal migration, Communism and social liberalism only to be dragged back by a reaction to leftist extremism. . .

. . . The wokes believe that they’re the only ones who are truly ‘awake’, but more and more Americans are waking up. Against wokeness, a moral awakening is rising.

I would like to believe Daniel Greenfield's optimistic take on this situation. Yet, if history teaches us, or at least me, anything is as someone once quipped "When anything goes, soon everything goes." Or, once the Overton Window has been shifted, has it ever swung back the other way? I'm also not so sanguine, about his observations on abortion. Is abortion part of the culture war or is it a separate issue unto itself? Perhaps it's the myth/perception of "choice" as a residue of the so called women's liberation movement that even Republican and/or conservative women still bitterly cling to. If it isn't, it made no sense (outside of the quite probable rigging of the election) that this hardcore lefty Joanne Prostitukavich was able to win the vacant seat on the Wisconsin State Supreme Court running solely on the sacred right of baby-killing.

I don't get it. Why is protecting children outside the womb a seemingly slam dunk grand slam winner for our side and yet protecting them before they're born not? Is it just messaging or ceding the language and argument to the Leftists, or what?

We have devolved slowly, then all at once, into a sick, venal, corrupt and hideously perverted society. This cannot go on. Our enemies abroad surely see this if not playing an active part in our self-destruction (see Tik-Tok as one example). On the one hand, you just wretch your guts up at what happened at the White House, but on the other, the triumph of Glenn Youngkin and Winsome Sears (she is someone on the rise IMHO) in deep purple Virginia as the prime example, are things that give encouragement.

That the Junta used the instrumentalities of government to slime concerned, disgusted and angry parents as "terrorists" for opposing the mind- body- and soul-raping of their children is a sign that we are indeed directly over the target and in the thick of a box barrage.

Again, we only can see what the state-run media propagandists allow us to see, and interpreted/shaded and outright lied about to advance their meme. I think it is evident insofar as the corruption is so deep and widespread that elections aren't going to cut the mustard, even if they aren't rigged far in advance to ensure a proper outcome, i.e. the Democrat winning.

There has to be some black swan event that will be beyond the ability of even a semi-totalitarian regime such as we now are living under to control. Whether we will be the drivers of that event or it will be out of our control is yet to be determined.
