Joe Biden Was Allegedly Paid $5 Million By... The Burisma Board, Document Hidden by FBI Claims

We all knew this would wind up being about Burisma, didn't we?

President Joe Biden was allegedly paid $5 million by an executive of the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, where his son Hunter Biden sat on the board, a confidential human source told the FBI during a June 2020 interview, sources familiar told Fox News Digital.

The sources briefed Fox News Digital on the contents of the FBI-generated FD-1023 form alleging a criminal bribery scheme between then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national that involved influence over U.S. policy decisions.

The FD-1023 form, dated June 30, 2020, is the FBI's interview with a "highly credible" confidential source who detailed multiple meetings and conversations he or she had with a top Burisma executive over the course of several years, starting in 2015. Fox News Digital has not seen the form, but it was described by several sources who are aware of its contents.

The Burisma executive sought the advice of the confidential source, a business professional, on gaining U.S. oil rights and getting involved with a U.S. oil company, the sources familiar with the documdnt said. The Burisma executive was speaking with the confidential source to "get advice on the best way to go forward" in 2015 and 2016.

According to the FD-1023 form, the confidential human source said the Burisma executive discussed Hunter's role on the board. The confidential human source questioned why the Burisma executive needed his or her advice in acquiring access to U.S. oil if he had Hunter Biden on the board. The Burisma executive answered by referring to Hunter Biden as "dumb."

The Burisma executive explained to the confidential source that Burisma had to "pay the Bidens" because Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin was investigating Burisma, and explained how difficult it would be to enter the U.S. market in the midst of that investigation.

The confidential source further detailed that conversation, suggesting to the Burisma executive that he "pay the Bidens $50,000 each," to which the Burisma executive replied, it is "not $50,000," it is "$5 million."

"$5 million for one Biden, $5 million for the other Biden," the Burisma executive told the confidential human source, according to a source familiar with the document.

A source familiar said according to the document, the $5 million payments appeared to reference a kind of "retainer" Burisma intended to pay the Bidens to deal with a number of issues, including the investigation led by Shokin. Another source referred to the arrangement as a "pay-to-play" scheme.

Sources familiar told Fox News Digital that the confidential human source believes that the $5 million payment to Joe Biden and the $5 million payment to Hunter Biden occurred, based on his or her conversations with the Burisma executive.

Remember when Hunter Biden complained to one of his family members that "at least dad doesn't take half of your salary"?

$5 million is half of the $10 million total, I notice.

The confidential source said the Burisma executive told him he "paid" the Bidens in such a manner "through so many different bank accounts" that investigators would not be able to "unravel this for at least 10 years."

The document then makes reference to "the Big Guy," which, has been said to be a reference to Joe Biden.

The Burisma executive told the confidential source that he "didn't pay the Big Guy directly."

So this source uses the same "Big Guy" codeword as we know the Biden family used internally.

Fox News Digital has learned that the confidential human source has been used by the FBI as a regular, reliable source of information since 2010 and has been paid approximately $200,000 by the bureau.

Sources said the Burisma executive appears to be at a "very, very high level" of the company. One source familiar suggested the confidential source could be referring to the head of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky, but said the name of the Burisma executive is redacted in the document.

Biden has acknowledged that when he was vice president, he successfully pressured Ukraine to fire prosecutor Viktor Shokin. At the time, Shokin was investigating Burisma Holdings, and at the time, Hunter had a highly-lucrative role on the board receiving thousands of dollars per month. The then-vice president threatened to withhold $1 billion of critical U.S. aid if Shokin was not fired.

"I said, 'You're not getting the billion. I'm going to be leaving here in,' I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: 'I'm leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you're not getting the money,'" Biden recalled telling then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. Biden recollected the conversation during an event for the Council on Foreign Relations in 2018.

"Well, son of a bitch, he got fired," Biden said during the event. "And they put in place someone who was solid at the time.

The FBI hid these allegations and sat on them from 2017 through today. Obviously they remained hidden during the 2020 election, when the FBI claimed that Hunter Biden's laptop was "Russian misinformation."

If House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer's sleuthing turns out to be right, the FBI harbored a deep, dark secret through the first Trump impeachment, the Hunter Biden laptop saga and the 2020 election fury. The secret: that a validated and well-paid informant raised concerns all the way back in 2017 that Joe Biden was involved in a $5 million bribery scheme involving Ukraine.

The question emerging now is did America's most famous crime-fighting agency deep-six the allegation or dismiss it as "Russian disinformation" without thoroughly probing it.

Comer made the bombshell revelation Tuesday night in an interview with Just the News, just a day after reviewing an FBI FD-1023 form that memorialized the informant's allegations, and two days before he plans to hold a vote in Congress to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt for failing to provide a copy to his committee as demanded by a subpoena.

He said the version of the informant report he was allowed to review by Wray had about 10% of information redacted and made clear the allegations were first reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigations back in 2017 as Donald Trump was beginning his term as president.

"Yes, it is Ukraine," Comer told the Just the News, No Noise television show when asked what country the alleged bribery involved. "This form 1023 involves a business person from Ukraine, who allegedly sent a bribe, a substantial bribe to then-Vice President Joe Biden."

No special counsel for Hunter and Joe, though! Merrick Garland assigned one for Trump -- someone who is about to indict him -- but kept the Hunter Biden investigation under his own control, and resists any efforts to even start one for Joe Biden.

And Bill Barr lamely forwarded this explosive allegation to the Democrat fake-investigating Hunter Biden in Delaware.

Former Attorney General Bill Barr disputed the account of Maryland Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin, who has insisted that the former Trump cabinet member and his "handpicked" prosecutor shut down an investigation into allegations that Joe Biden engaged in a bribery scheme while vice president.

"It's not true. It wasn't closed down," Barr told The Federalist on Tuesday. "On the contrary, it was sent to Delaware for further investigation."

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer and Raskin were permitted to view a form FD-1023 in possession of the FBI that details the alleged scheme earlier this week. The form includes allegations from a confidential human source asserting that Biden agreed to help change U.S. policy in exchange for a $5 million bribe sent to his family business.

After viewing the document, Comer insisted that there was an active investigation involving the allegations on the form. Raskin contradicted Comer's account in a presser following the viewing.

"I must have missed that because I've not heard that this is part of any ongoing investigation," he said, asserting further that "The FBI and the Department of Justice team, under [then-Attorney General] William Barr and Scott Brady, in the Western District of Pennsylvania terminated the investigation. They said there were no grounds for further investigative steps. So, they ended that."

Raskin has since pushed the narrative that Barr shut down the investigation in a press release, saying "Attorney General Barr and his hand-picked U.S. Attorney signed off on closing the assessment."

Remember that a whistleblower has come forward to allege that Merrick Garland perjured himself to Congress when he claimed he was giving that Delaware prosecutor all the authorizations and resources that he needed. The whistleblower reports that Merrick Garland is in fact refusing to allow the prosecutor to investigate anything outside of Delaware, and anything not involving Hunter Biden.

Like, for example: Allegations of a $5 million bribe paid to Joe Biden, then living in Washington, DC.
