Biden's Education Secretary -- Who Enforces Title IX's Demands That Women Get Special Treatment In Sports -- Absolutely Refuses to Define What a Woman Is

Obviously you can't operate Title IX and give special advantages to women in sports unless you know what a woman is.

And Biden has made it clear -- they think a woman is a man who claims he became a woman last week.

But they don't want to admit this under oath.

"Can you please tell me, or can you please define for me, what is a woman?" Clyde asked.

"Our focus at the department is to provide equal access to students including students who are LGBTQ, access free from discrimination," said Cardona.

"Is that -- so what's the definition of a woman, you haven't given me that. You haven't answered my question," Cylde stated.

"I think that's almost secondary to the important role that I have as secretary of education --" Cardona began, before Clyde added, "My question isn't secondary, my question is very simple. What does HHS say the definition of a woman is?"

"I lead the Department of Education and my job is to make sure that all students have access to public education, which includes co-curricular activities, and I think you highlighted pretty well the importance of Title IX in giving students equal access, whether it's scholarships and facilities --"

"Ok, so you're not going to answer my question," said Clyde.

Of course, the White House will veto a bill that attempts to save women's sports for actual women.

The White House has released a statement insisting that Joe Biden will veto the bill backed by former college swimmer Riley Gaines to protect women's and girl's sports.

On Monday, the White House noted that Biden would not sign the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act if it makes it to the president's desk. (H.R. 734)

Saying, "The Administration strongly opposes House passage of H.R. 734," the statement makes a series of claims that simply are not true.

"For students nationwide, participating in sports and being part of a team is an important part of growing up, staying engaged in school, and learning leadership and life skills. H.R. 734 would deny access to sports for many families by establishing an absolute ban on transgender students..." the administration's statement reads.

The bill does not place any "absolute ban" on transgender athletes. What it does is limit all participants to competing solely in categories that correspond to their birth gender. Transgender athletes are not being kept from joining sports. They are just being kept from choosing their own gender categories.

Hypocritically, Biden's statement goes on to say, "Politicians should not dictate a one-size-fits-all requirement that forces coaches to remove kids from their teams."

This from the same regime that stands against the ability of local authorities to make decisions and wants to require a one-size-fits-all policy all across the country with mandates by the federal government to force doctors and hospitals to engage in the risky surgeries and therapies that promulgate transgenderism.

Biden ends with an accusation: "Congressional Republicans have instead chosen to prioritize policies that discriminate against children."

This is also a falsehood because the legislation in question is 100 percent about protecting millions of children and young women from the unfair encroachment of transgender athletes invading their sports.

Speaking of Riley Gaines, she counterpunched against grotesque toad Katie Porter, who claimed that Riley Gaines -- who was denied a medal when she tied Will "Lia" Thomas, because the officials wanted the optics of putting a medal around the 6'3" man's neck -- is only fighting to keep girls' sports for sports because she wants "clicks."

Leftwing women, who are almost all ugly, despise better-looking women and attempt to hamstring them at every opportunity.

Here's Biden's Education Secretary refusing to say what a woman is, despite having to administer a law that benefits women:

There was a comic named Mark Norman who appeared on The Boyscast a couple of months ago who had a great line.

He noted that people on the left had a favorite retort to those who wanted to keep women's sports for women: They would always say, "But you never cared about women's sports before! You only care now!"

He responded: Yes, that's right, I only care about women's sports now that they're threatened, just like I only started to care about airplane security after 9/11.

What a fantastic line.

Oh, and the lefties pushing to pack women's sports with men also never cared about women's sports until now, too. They only became interested when they declared women's sports a new front in the Culture War.

By the way, when I searched for "boyscast" I accidentally wrote "boyscat" (boy scat), so I'm now on All The Surveillance Lists.

Or maybe I'm not. The FBI doesn't care about child endangerment now. They're only concerned about Conservative Insurrections.

So I'm on that list, but probably won't be added to the "predator" list.
