Tucker Carlson: Did Hackers Shut Down the American Air Grid a Week Ago, and Did the American Government Covertly Pay Them a Ransom to Unlock the System?

He's got some eeeenteresting facts supporting this speculation -- the same thing happened in Canada days later, and a similar thing happened in the Philippines a couple of weeks before.

Could this all be a coincidence? Or is it foreign hackers taking control of key systems, and then demanding billion dollar payments in bitcoin to hand control back? With the American government, of course, lying to the public about what's going on?
