The Loudoun County School Superintendent Who Covered Up the Sexual Assault by a Trans Student Has Been Indicted by a Grand Jury, But Only on Three Misdemeanors

It's cobalt blue northern Virginia. This is the most they'll do against one of their own.

The school's public information officer also got indicted for perjury, which is tougher charge.

A special grand jury in Loudoun County has indicted former Loudoun County Public Schools superintendent Scott Ziegler on three misdemeanor charges, a week after issuing a scathing report detailing the school district's misdeeds in responding to a sexual assault.

The office of Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares, who had impaneled the grand jury, announced Monday that a Loudoun county judge had ordered three misdemeanor indictments against Ziegler to be unsealed. Loudoun County Public Schools Public Information Officer Wayde Byard was also charged with felony perjury.

Ziegler was charged with one count of misdemeanor false publication, one count of misdemeanor prohibited conduct, and one count of misdemeanor penalizing an employee for a court appearance. The charges carry possible jail time of up to one year. Byard's perjury charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.

Meanwhile, in Pennsylvania, a school board member on a three women, one transgender man, one straight man panel announced that she would not vote for the cis white male for school board president, because that wouldn't be diverse.

Despite the fact, as Karen Townsend points out, that one cis straight man is bringing the actual diversity to the three women, one transgender panel.

In this case I think the biggest disqualifying maker for Gregory D'Elia wasn't his skin color or sexuality but his gender. He was the only cis, white male on the board. Ironically his presence was the very definition of diversity on the board. The others, apparently, are either female or perhaps the male seen in the video is not cisgender.

The racist, anti-white, anti-male school board member conceded that D'Elia would be an "excellent" president, but announced that if we are to "practice what we preach," we have to take the commitment to racist, sexist total exclusion and denigration of white men seriously and put CRT theory into praxis.

"I believe that Mr. D'Elia would make an excellent president," Upper Moreland School Board member Jennifer Solot said during the vote on Tuesday in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. "However, I feel that electing the only cis, white male president of this district sends the wrong message to our community -- a message that is contrary to what we as a board have been trying to accomplish."

She added: "I think it's important that we practice what we preach and that our words have strength when they are spoken, whether we speak them from the neighborhood sidewalks or from behind these tables."

That witch has now been forced to resign.

Elliott and Stainbeck threw Solot under the bus, rightly so, and said her comments were "solely hers and were not intended to represent the opinion of the entire UMSD Board of Directors or the district as a whole." To me, that screams please don’t sue us, but your mileage may vary.

Solot was a school board member for five years. I wonder if her comments track with her previous years of service. Did she usually speak like this or is this a new development?

I imagine she spoke like this a lot, though she's been emboldened to let her Kill All Men flag fly by #MeToo and, weirdly, the George Floyd death, which bitter catpiss-reeking white leftwing feminists have, as usual, turned into their Empowering Moment.
