The Twitter Employees Who Elon Musk Is About to Fire En Masse Publish Their List of Demands, Beginning With the Demand That They Not Be Fired

"And if you don't agree to our demands that you not fire us, we'll walk out!!!"

Prepare for a shock: The Danger-Haired Nosering transgender pussyhats are behaving irrationally, and do not seem to have a sound conception of how economics work.

Or reality, for that matter.

You may recall rumors that Musk plans to fire 75% of Twitter's 7,500 workers. He has called Twitter's employment rolls "bloated," and noted the "workers'" "strong left-wing bias."

The workers he's about to fire have decided that now is the moment to strike.

TIME reviewed a draft of the open letter circulating among Twitter employees on Monday. "Elon Musk's plan to lay off 75% of Twitter workers will hurt Twitter's ability to serve the public conversation," said the draft of the letter, which has not yet been published. "A threat of this magnitude is reckless, undermines our users' and customers' trust in our platform, and is a transparent act of worker intimidation."

Firing workers isn't an act of worker intimidation; it's just firing workers.

Everything with these hysterics is shrieking drama.

The letter demands that Musk commits to preserving Twitter's current headcount if his takeover of the company goes through. It also demands he does not discriminate against employees based on their political beliefs and that he commits to "fair" severance policies and more communication about working conditions. "We demand to be treated with dignity, and to not be treated as mere pawns in a game played by billionaires," the list of demands says.

Here's the full text:

Staff, Elon Musk, and Board of Directors:

We, the undersigned Twitter workers, believe the public conversation is in jeopardy.

"The public conversation," as curated and censored by us.

Elon Musk's plan to lay off 75% of Twitter workers will hurt Twitter's ability to serve the public conversation. A threat of this magnitude is reckless, undermines our users' and customers' trust in our platform, and is a transparent act of worker intimidation.

It will reduce the number of Bluehairs available for censorship duty, which is the intent, because Musk believes that "the public conversation" is best served by the greatest tolerance for and latitude of free expression practicable.

Twitter has significant effects on societies and communities across the globe. As we speak, Twitter is helping to uplift independent journalism in Ukraine and Iran, as well as powering social movements around the world.

Leftists can only describe their "achievements" in the vaguest, gassiest terms -- "uplift," "empower" -- because they have no actual achievements, and never will.

A threat to workers at Twitter is a threat to Twitter's future. These threats have an impact on us as workers and demonstrate a fundamental disconnect with the realities of operating Twitter. They threaten our livelihoods, access to essential healthcare, and the ability for visa holders to stay in the country they work in. We cannot do our work in an environment of constant harassment and threats. Without our work, there is no Twitter.

Your letter of termination is literal violence.

And we'll see if there is no Twitter "without [your] work." Without you relentless censors monitoring people 24/7.

We, the workers at Twitter, will not be intimidated.

No, the plan is not to intimidate you; it is to fire you.

Are you all autistic or just 98% of you? I have to ask. Why do you all have such a terrible difficulty processing simple reality?

We recommit to supporting the communities, organizations, and businesses who rely on Twitter. We will not stop serving the public conversation.

Is that a threat? Is that some kind of threat that you will continue your censorship activities, somehow, even if you're fired? By forming a Boycott Twitter PAC or something?

We call on Twitter management and Elon Musk to cease these negligent layoff threats.

Once again, a plan is not a "threat," you hyperemotional toxic pissbaby lunatics.

As workers, we deserve concrete commitments so we can continue to preserve the integrity of our platform.

The integrity of the platform increases the moment you are G O N E.

We demand of current and future leadership:

Respect: We demand leadership to respect the platform and the workers who maintain it by committing to preserving the current headcount.

Safety: We demand that leadership does not discriminate against workers on the basis of their race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or political beliefs.

How many conservatives do you allow to work at Twitter? Do you even know how many work there, or are they so terrified to speak up they remain silent so you don't even know if there are or aren't conservatives there?

But you demand to be protected, huh?

I have some advice for you. I know this is good advice because you've offered it to us ten thousand times before:

Build.

Your own.

Twitter.

We also demand safety for workers on visas, who will be forced to leave the country they work in if they are laid off.

Oh fuck the fuck off.

Protection: We demand Elon Musk explicitly commit to preserve our benefits, those both listed in the merger agreement and not (e.g. remote work).

The mentally-ill sickly retards can't bear to leave their smelly shame-pit hovels.

He already announced everyone will be coming back to work.

Don't worry, this won't affect you; you'll be fired.

We demand leadership to establish and ensure fair severance policies for all workers before and after any change in ownership.

Here's your severance package: You're fired. Get the fuck out. Oh wait, you're already at home. Okay, stay there. You just won't be getting paychecks any longer.

Dignity: We demand transparent, prompt and thoughtful communication around our working conditions.

Here's a thoughtful communication about your working conditions: Your new condition is that you're no longer working at Twitter.

We demand to be treated with dignity, and to not be treated as mere pawns in a game played by billionaires.

Sincerely,

Twitter workers

Here's some dignified treatment for you:

Huzzah, good sirs and madams! How elegantly sickly you all look. I bringeth thee glorious news this fine day: You're all fuckin' fired! Now kindly taketh your unwashéd arses downwind from this place and smartly!

But seriously, these lunatics are going to commit actual criminal sabotage on their way out. They're going to expose a lot of people's private information and communications.

That's what this really is: Blackmail. Negotiate with us or we're going to release all the terabytes of personal data of people we don't like, which we have spent the last six months downloading to our personal hard-drives, so that we can use it to extort Musk into essentially handing over the company to the lunatics ruining the asylum.

And I'm sure the DOJ will fully prosecute them for that, too.

Someone the Deep State is investigating: Elon Musk. As David Strom points out, all it took was Elon Musk to urge people to vote Republican to spur the Deep State into opening a national security investigation into him.

In May Musk told his followers that he was voting Republican because Democrats had become the Party of division and hate.
"In the past I voted Democrat, because they were (mostly) the kindness party," Musk wrote.

He then bashed the Democratic Party, writing: "But they have become the party of division & hate, so I can no longer support them and will vote Republican."

"Now, watch their dirty tricks campaign against me unfold," Musk wrote, adding a popcorn emoji to his tweet.

It is in this context that you should understand what was just revealed. The dirty tricks campaign is on full display, and the MSM and the Left are all in on destroying Musk entirely.

News hit the wire today that the Biden Administration is considering labeling Musk a National Security threat and subjecting all his deals to federal reviews on that basis.

Indeed, as Strom notes, Bloomberg reported that the lawless Chinese Communist Satrapy called the Biden Administration had opened an Enemy of the State file on Musk.

Biden administration officials are discussing whether the US should subject some of Elon Musk's ventures to national security reviews, including the deal for Twitter Inc. and SpaceX's Starlink satellite network, according to people familiar with the matter.

Twitter shares fell 5.1% as the market opened in New York on Friday.

US officials have grown uncomfortable over Musk's recent threat to stop supplying the Starlink satellite service to Ukraine -- he said it had cost him $80 million so far -- and what they see as his increasingly Russia-friendly stance following a series of tweets that outlined peace proposals favorable to President Vladimir Putin. They are also concerned by his plans to buy Twitter with a group of foreign investors.

The discussions are still at an early stage, the people familiar said on condition of anonymity. Officials in the US government and intelligence community are weighing what tools, if any, are available that would allow the federal government to review Musk's ventures.

One possibility is through the law governing the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States to review Musk's deals and operations for national security risks, they said.

Musk's proposals for peace weren't "favorable toward Russia." They were merely the vaguest outline of peace terms, which, necessarily, concede things to both sides to get both sides to consider peace as an acceptable resolution.

But of course the Media-Deep State Industrial Complex now only accepts Regime Change in Russia to be an acceptable peace term. And they'll go to full nuclear war for that.

There's a sneaky conspiracy theory going around. Musk doesn't actually want to buy Twitter any longer. We know that. Twitter was suing to compel him to complete the purchase, which he had declared he didn't want to complete. He agreed to go forward with the sale, but that could just be due to lawyers advising him he was unlikely to escape liability in the courts.

Is it possible that he provoked the national security investigation to get the government to kill the Twitter deal that he wanted killed, but was unable to walk away from without outside help?
