A double rainbow appeared over Buckingham Palace as members of the public gathered outside to pay their respects to the Queen https://trib.al/TmUMWzV

At American Greatness, Queen Elizabeth: The Last Great Briton.

Tucker Carlson offered a passionate defense of the Queen and of the UK generally, and an attack on its bitter critics.

A friend took a guess about this. It's only a guess. The speculation is that the DOJ, precluded at going through Trump's papers by the court order for a special master, has begun executing warrants on people they think might also have the documents -- that he might have emailed or corresponded with -- to get the documents via another route that would not be delayed by the special master.

Like I said, it's a guess. I can't find any news stories about this, or anyone saying they've been raided.

Another White Supremacist brought to justice: A swastika had been spraypainted in a rainbow flag crosswalk. (Which is obviously the greatest crime in history, demanding we all drop whatever we're doing to focus on this One Signal Evil until it is extirpated.)

Obviously a White Supremacist Semi-Fascist Ultra-MAGA was responsible for the outrage.

Well, as a Chicago bathhouse devotee once said: We got him.

Why is it, do you think, that the Media Rage about the Greatest Single Crime Ever Perpetrated in America has suddenly quieted to a whisper?

A black male suspect has been identified as the repeat vandalism suspect accused of defacing the Rainbow Crosswalk in Atlanta, Georgia, last month with swastikas after leftists online blamed white supremacy for the spray paint across the LGBTQ street art, a cultural landmark known as the city's emblem of gay pride.

30-year-old Jonah Jade Sampson is charged with criminal trespass, felony interference with government property, and three counts of second-degree criminal damage to property for allegedly vandalizing the rainbow stripes painted at the intersection of 10th St and Piedmont Ave in mid-town Atlanta on two separate occasions.

...

Warrants were issued and Sampson was arrested on Aug. 19 following an hours-long stand-off with local law enforcement, including a SWAT team that was dispatched to the scene, at the suspect's apartment building.

As Townhall's Mia Cathell reports, Jade Sampson was absent the day they taught White Supremacy at White Supremacy school. He was such a poor student, in fact, that he claims the black race is the "master race," and plans to wage literal war -- not Twitter war -- on white people. All that at the link.

That's not how this works. That's not how any of this works.

A poll shows Joe Manchin way, way behind against three potential Republican opponents in 2024. I do want to stress, 2024.

Yes this is a wee bit early. But it does show how West Virginia is reacting to Machin's sell-out on the Inflation Creation Act.

Bonchie at RedState:

Jim Justice is the current governor of West Virginia, a popular if not rather boring Republican figure. I've written on his missteps in the past, but overall, he'd be a vote for the GOP agenda. Meanwhile, Patrick Morrisey lost to Manchin the last go around after the Democrat scraped by with a three percent victory. It's genuinely surprising to see him leading by double digits. As to Alex Mooney, I don't know much about him, but he doesn't seem to be the best option if the goal is to make Manchin pay the political debt he's accrued.

Political Polls @Politics_Polls 2024 West Virginia Senate Race:

Jim Justice (R) 47% (+15)
Joe Manchin (D-Inc) 32%

Patrick Morrisey (R) 50% (+14)
Joe Manchin (D-Inc) 36%

Alex Mooney (R) 45% (+7)
Joe Manchin (D-Inc) 38%

Article on the poll here.

Democrat candidate for North Carolina Senate:

Matt Hoh for Senate @MatthewPHoh

Today I got my first "what is a woman" question.

Before I could say anything my campaign manager replied:

"Fuck off Transphobe!"

There was no reason to say anything else.

From an exchange in an earlier thread with TheJamesMadison:

My favorite Resort to Abstraction was when an intellectual (or would-be intellectual) said that the wall that Israel built to separate itself from the Palestinians symbolized the separation between the peoples.

It... symbolized that?! Really? A wall symbolized a separation between things? Do you think?

They always think that abstracting from the concrete makes them smart. In fact, a lot of times, the concrete is HARD to work with and takes precision and training, whereas you can BULLSHIT your way through metaphor and symbolism, which is why they always take Refuge in the Abstract.

Engineers and rocket scientists and brain surgeons don't say things like "Let's think about this real, concrete, pressing problem as a metaphor for social alienation." No, they have real work to do; they can't engage in midnight dorm-lounge bullshit sessions.

You can always tell a bullshitter. He's the guy who always goes "Well let's take a 30,000 foot view of this..." I always want to say, "No, let's keep with an up-close and detailed view of this." Not because I necessarily know or want to hear the details. But just because I want to see him sweat, and confess that he's incapable of offering anything but a 30,000 foot view of things.

They tend to claim they want to take the 30,000 foot view to keep things "simpler for the readers/listeners," when in fact they want to take the 30,000 foot view to keep from exposing themselves as bluffers with a paper-thin understanding of what they're bullshitting their way through.

I call this rhetorical tactic: "The Jonah Goldberg."

Kyle Shideler, an actual researcher and expert in extremism and terrorism, notes how it is that the government and the groups they fund always manage to determine that leftwing groups aren't major terrorist threats: They simply refuse to include leftwing terrorism in their reports.

Kyle Shideler @ShidelerK The left literally celebrates a new book entitled "How to Blow Up a Pipeline" and @gwupoe [George Washington University's Program on Extremism] does not include any left wing extremists in their report on critical infrastructure threats. Link

The report claims it focuses only on salafist and white supremacists because these were the most lethal threats in the time frame studied. This is probably true but is irrelevant and illogical when the focus of the study is attacks on infrastructure not persons.

In fact left wing extremists often explicitly focus attacks on "property" as particularly ideologically justified, and so may be MORE likely to prefer infrastructure over mass casualty attacks.

These gals would have made a decent case study. The federal complaint against them (both suspects later pled/found guilty) even references anarchist It's Going Down website [a leftwing pro-terror website]

Situation Report: 2 Suspected Anarchists Arrested for Terror Attempt on Washington Railway

The U.S. Justice Department has filed terrorism charges against two suspected anarchists for attempting to sabotage passenger and transport trains in Northwest Washington state.

According to the federal complaint, the two suspects, Ellen Brennan Reiche and Samantha Frances Brooks, were arrested along the tracks of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe ("BNSF") Railroad while in possession of materials to be used as a "shunt" which "disrupts the low level electrical current on the tracks and can disable various safety features," according to the DOJ press release.

Andy Ngo, editor for the Post-Millennial and long-time researcher of radical anarchist activities in the Pacific Northwest, noted Reiche had served as an organizer and campaigner for Washington State Democrats and was "a radical queer and environmental activist." Upon arrest Reiche and Brooks were tied to a vehicle displaying a map of the United States overlaid with the phrase "Indigenous Land."

Federal law enforcement had been investigating a series of over 41 separate incidents of shunts being placed on the BNSF tracks over the past year, including one which led to the decoupling of a train carrying placarded hazardous materials.

There were over 41 incidents targeting railways in this campaign, that is more than the total number of infrastructure attacks this report uses as a sample (35).

Back to Kyle, for his conclusion:

Kyle Shideler @ShidelerK

This is how the CVE-academic-media industrial complex manufactures a political narrative. No left wing extremists are databased, databases are used for reports, reports include no left wing terror threat. .Gov cites reports, offers more grants, Cycle repeats.

Joe Biden can't stop lying about having marched in the Civil Rights movement when he was young.

Earlier I posted about Biden's new Monkeypox Spreader, Dr. Diabolo Depravité, and his Satanically-themed gym.

It turns out this guy just can't stop wearing pentagram symbols, especially leather body harnesses.

Choose your Fighter: The Santanic Pox-Spreader or the Transgender Puppy Fetishist?

I did this, when I was much younger:

I was 26 when I did that.

So I want to post this but I don't know what this is. I don't know if this is real, or if it's fake "moon footage" being claimed to be real to make the moon landing seem fake.
