ARMED MAN CAPTURED LURKING OUTSIDE HOME OF BRETT KAVANAUGH, STATES HIS INTENTION IS TO KILL THE JUSTICE
Fox:

An armed man was arrested near the Maryland home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh Wednesday morning, law enforcement sources confirmed to Fox News.
The suspect was carrying a gun and a knife when arrested and had made violent threats against Kavanaugh, sources said.
The man’s name is being withheld at this time, but sources say he is in his 20s and from California and was picked up on a nearby street. He did not get to the Kavanaugh home.
He told police he intended to "murder the justice," according to Mitch McConnell, below.
He was also carrying "burglary tools."
Remember, Hakeem Jeffries is blocking the House from voting on a bill to provide police protection to Supreme Court Justices precisely because he wants one or more of them to be assassinated.
Via Instapundit: Roberts is putting the lives of his colleagues in danger by continuing to slow-roll the opinion, while he hopes that "pressure" will force them to change their minds. It's time to issue an opinion, even if it's a one-sentence per curiam (by the court, unsigned) statement.
Every day that goes by, and Dobbs remains undecided, is a day that the lives of the Justices and their families are at risk. Immediately after the leak, I wrote that the Court should issue a one-sentence per curiam opinion, with a reasoned decision to follow--follow the path of Ex Parte Quirin. Lurking in the back of mind was the risk that a Justice could be assassinated. Now, that risk looks so much more real.
...
Why is there a delay? So Roberts can take yet another ill-fated attempt to pick off one or two votes? A real leader would have put aside his quixotical quest for balance. Every day that passes, as the Chief haggles over votes, a target remains on the backs of his colleagues.
The Dobbs 5 should immediately issue an unsigned per curiam order, with an opinion to follow, even over the Chief Justice's objection. The Justices should send a clear and unequivocal message that they will not be intimidated by these acts of violence.
